Our boiler and water tank were starting to have nothing but issues. We decided we needed to replace the system, and replace it with the best system we could. We contacted Ray via the Worcester Bosch website along with some other recommended plumbers. Ray quickly contacted us and booked us in for a survey. He quoted within a couple of days and gave us a few options from the Worcester Bosch range. We decided to go with a slightly more expensive option as it offered a longer guarantee and a better spec boiler and water tank. Ray booked us in quickly and answers all the questions we had. The job was started when promised and completed when promised. You could tell from speaking and seeing Ray and his team working that they cared and were passionate about the job. The work was very neat and tidy and Ray made sure all rubbish was removed quickly. Really can’t recommend Ray and his team enough. Ray will definitely be our go to plumber now and he will be back to carry out regular serving and maintenance as needed.

Contacted Ray with regards to boiler isssues, came out same day and was happy to take his advice to replace boiler and power flush system. He came back same day with prices of various boilers, again was happy to take his advice as to choosing boiler. Only waited a couple of days for job.
