I had an emergency late New Years Eve. I could not turn off my shower and the mains tap was stuck. I randomly chose a plumber and Paul answered promptly and he came to my home quickly. He turned the water off from outside my house and located the problem. I needed a new shower, and he came back and fitted that Jan 2nd. His prices were reasonable, his work was excellent and he said he will come back to change the stuck mains tap to a lever. I highly recommend East London Plumbers LTD.

Really happy with the work done. Communication was great - sorted an appointment really easily. On the day arrived on time and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Quickly checked the problem, explained the issue and what needed to be done, got parts and fixed it in no time, tidying up nicely afterwards. Top notch!

Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. I've used Kem on 3 projects now. Each time his work has been of a very high standard. He works hard, his prices are fair, he leaves the site spotless and the quality of his work is the best i've seen in the 15 years i've been developing properties in London. ⭐⭐ Take two more stars! Andrei is a true professional! He replaced three rads and fixed a problem with fluctuating hot and cold water to the taps by replacing a plate heat exchanger. His prices are very competitive, his explanations show a lot of knowledge and experience and I will definitely be using him from now on for boiler servicing and any plumbing repairs! I've now booked him to replace all other rads in the summer when funds and weather are better. Can't wait... Thank you so much.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. This year I contacted him, he responded within few hours, we agreed on a quote and he was available to provide the required services in a couple of days. Great service from the ai plumbing&Gas team after my boiler breaking down I had been told by previous companies that I would need to replace my boiler. AI plumbing had sent out there engineer Ajhar who said I would not need to replace my boiler and just replace my heat exchanger which was the fraction of the cost of a new boiler, they are a very trustworthy company who care about there customers. The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared.
