Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. 5-star recommendation! We messaged PIPEFIX only 2 hours prior to the appointment on Saturday, but they’ve helped us sorted out everything efficiently! The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared. And he even waited until we tested the dishwasher is functioning well. PIPEDIX’s prompt response on WhatsApp and punctuality are greatly appreciated.

Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Late review, but I had a major issue (flat got flooded due to faulty AC installation) which needed a report from reputable plumbers. As the AC company refused to admit fault. Sonny came out and did a great job. He carried out a thorough investigation, eliminating any possible issues. He explained a lot of things to us and gave his professional opinion on the matter. His brother also came out to take a look to confirm what Sonny had told us. Sonny then provided us a detailed, neutral, and concise report. They're really knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them for any plumbing work, big or small!

Highly recommend DL Gas & Maintenance! Donovan installed a new boiler at our flat in January 2025 and the entire process from quote to install was flawless. Everything was explained to help us understand the install, and the communication and service we received was 10/10. Go no further if you’re looking for a quality company and incredible service. Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. ⭐⭐ Take two more stars! Andrei is a true professional! He replaced three rads and fixed a problem with fluctuating hot and cold water to the taps by replacing a plate heat exchanger. His prices are very competitive, his explanations show a lot of knowledge and experience and I will definitely be using him from now on for boiler servicing and any plumbing repairs! I've now booked him to replace all other rads in the summer when funds and weather are better. Can't wait... Thank you so much.

Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions.
