Elliott has done 3 jobs at our house in the last few years (most recent last week at time of writing). Communication is always good, appointments made and arrives when he says, jobs always completed well (and the job is always explained clearly before work starts) and prices are very fair. I would have no hesitation in recommending E Vernon Plumbing and they will always be the first firm I call for any plumbing jobs.

I highly recommend this company. Their response was quick and efficient. They helped me clear the clogged drain pipes, discovering a lot of sand and stones causing the blockage. Without their assistance, it would have been really difficult to resolve the issue. I also asked them to fix the problematic drain pipes. The service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and there were no hidden charges. If I have any drain pipe issues in the future, I will definitely call them again

Elliott has done a few jobs for us now and is always polite, on time and communicates well. Sometimes the measure of a tradesman is not so much the job they do as how they react if there is a problem. Elliott did a job for us yesterday and today I noticed a leak. I had an issue with my boiler and found DK Gas Professional through a quick Google search. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a call. The engineer arrived within 2 hours and quickly and efficiently fixed the boiler. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this company, Dan and his team came to replace and move a faulty boiler in our new home. Very hardworking and friendly team who got it all done in less than a day. Got us booked in as soon as they could and gave us a good quote. We have also just used them again to disconnect an old gas oven and hob and reconnect the new with short notice, very happy with the end results and will definitely be using them again when we need to! :)

Absolutely outstanding job from start to finish when my boiler lost pressure and started making an horrendous noise with water leaking out of the back. They responded within 1.5hours of an emergency call and within 48hours I had a new boiler fitted which was incredibly speedy even on the day of fitting. Both gentleman who came were polite and let me know every step. Highly recommend this company to anyone and if I have any other problems in the future they would be my first point of contact.

DK Gas were very responsive when i contacted them about issues with our old boiler and fit us in quickly (much appreciated at this time of year!). They gave us options to repair but we asked to replace due to the age and efficiency of our old boiler. Wictor came and replaced our old boiler and we are very happy with the service given! He was polite and everything was left clean and tidy. He also clearly explained to me how to use the new boiler. Pleased with the price which was competitive with much larger companies with the bonus of using a local company which is always my preference!

Our boiler broke down 4 days ago and Chris from Gubbs came out the next day to see if he could fix it. As the boiler was old and not a very good one, the part required to fix it was not worth it so we opted for a new boiler. We had obtained other quotes but Gubbs was the best and they were able to fit it 2 days later and it was a Sunday! They also took away all the waste and rubbish. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job at a great price.

Chris and his colleague came out the same day to look at a boiler failure. They got it working again temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. They quickly came back to install within a couple days and now the problem is fixed. This was after another company came out three times to diagnose the problem which they couldn’t do. Great communication from Heather and great service – highly recommend!

We had 2 A/C units fitted. From quote to completion took 10 days (3 days install), and was completed in a professional and courteous manner by Nathan, Russ, Lacey and Craig. Everything was done by the team, even furniture removal. Costs were competitive with 2 reputable systems fitted. All in all we are very happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation in using and recommending East Goscote Plumbing/Electrics again.

Excellent service from helpful and friendly plumbers. Kelvin came to check the pressure on the boiler as the upstairs radiators weren’t heating up as they should. He identified that there was a leak on the heating system and called for additional help as the leak was in a very inaccessible place in the roof space. Two other plumbers, Lee and Aaron arrived swiftly within the hour to join Kelvin. They fixed the leak and spent time and care checking that there were no additional issues.

They came out next day and were able to do a temporary fix until the part arrives so after months of problems I can finally have a hot shower. Kelvin was brilliant and not phased by my noisy dog. I’d definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend MK Plumbing & Heating highly. We had our boiler and water cylinders serviced along with some other repairs. We have had issues with our boiler pump for a while now. Many plumbers have come and gone without diagnosing the issue. Manish knew exactly what was causing the fault and diagnosed it straightaway. My wife and I were really pleased with what Manish did to out thermostat last week. He replaced our spoilt thermostat with the ones with remote. Making it convenient for us to turn on and off the heater wherever we are at home. Brilliant, jolly and down to earth person! Highly recommended!

Another five star review and fully deserved ! Minesh fitted a new immersion heater for me at a very reasonable price. The task was tricky, given that it is a 1970s house and water tank, but he carried it out superbly. Beforehand, when we couldn't locate the outside stoptap (covered with tarmac by the council....), he helped me contact Severn Trent, so he offered excellent guidance from start to finish. Very punctual too, and a delightful person. Highly recommended.

TJ and Etmir fitted a Worcester 8000 combi boiler in our home in Loughborough. They took great care when installing it and when removing the old cylinder and tanks from our attic.
