Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. Really impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t fault from the moment I called up. Issue being a leak from my bathroom ceiling. Got upfront advice from time I called and communication continued to be excellent. We recently had Priority Plumbing & Heating complete a full heating system installation, including a new boiler, and two bathroom installations. We were extremely impressed with the service. Byron and his team were professional, punctual, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire project. The new heating system has greatly improved the comfort of our home, and the boiler is working perfectly. Both bathrooms look fantastic—modern, functional, and finished to an impeccable standard. Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. These plumbers were able to attend quickly to give me a quote. And were also able to start pretty much straight away. Very reliable and professional. Great communication. They documented everything and kept me informed every day on what was happening. They worked every day, including weekends so the job would be finished as soon as possible without delays which I really appreciated. Would definitely book them again.

I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. I would definitely be using them moving forward

I’ve been have issues with bad smells and flys at the back of my property for years. We’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years and no one could give us an explanation. Called near me plumbers, Tony carried out a cctv survey and found a cracked clay pipe underground. He had to dig to expose the old clay pipe and replaced with new, couldn’t be happier with this company would definitely be using again!

My family have a house that had a bad gas leak, my Neighbour used Suki last year for installing a new heating system and was very please with his work, so I phoned Suki, the leak was very difficult to find being under the floor, but Suki did not give up, working through without stopping till 19.30. He repaired the pipe work and throughly tested it and all appliances. his price was fair and reasonable, highly recommended, we intend to use him again for all gas and plumbing work.

had an emergency last night when a major leak flooded my kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to come to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly to stop the leak and prevent further damage, but he returned today to ensure everything was thoroughly fixed. Was transparent with everything too. He even helped me remove a door, which was way beyond his remit, showing how much he genuinely cared about getting everything back to normal for me. As a woman alone with a child, I also felt completely comfortable and supported throughout. He was not only highly skilled and professional but also kind and easy to get along with. He even took the time to inform me about a couple of people on Checkatrade who are dodgy, showing he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and not just the job. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly.
