We have asked Tim of Richmondpark Plumbers to do a couple of jobs for us over the past 2 years, starting with a new boiler, then a major job installing a new bath tub/shower and most recently new radiators. We have found him easy and courteous to communicate with, responsive, competent and trustworthy. The work was undertaken to a high standard and if there was something that required some additional work/fixing, they were responsive and quick to sort out any problem. The quotes were reliable and the prices quoted were fair for the work undertaken. Overall, we have been very happy and will continue to rely on them.

The service I received from Tim installing a new Worcester boiler in our home from the initial quote phase to completion of installation was first class, five stars!! The work was performed on time, cleanliness was maintained at all times and the quality of the workmanship on installation exceeded my expectations. The service we received from Tim and Luca to replace a Worcester Bosch boiler in our house, was absolutely outstanding. Before quoting, Tim came round to meet us and look at the positioning of the boiler (several other companies just asked for emailed photos in order to give us a quote). He spoke factually about the job and his business, which was reassuring, rather than bigging up or giving the hard sell, as others did. His quote was fair (not the cheapest or the most expensive, which was over £900 more), and we were pleased to go ahead. Tim and Luca arrived at the agreed time and worked hard until the job was finished. They both took time to make sure that each aspect of the fit was done properly, ensuring everything was working correctly, looking good and addressing our concerns before leaving. The service they gave was impeccable. I couldn't recommend Richmond Park Plumbers highly enough and look forward to using them for boiler services and anything else that needs doing, for many years to come.

Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. From the off, Adam and the team provided a very personal engaging service, going above and beyond (for example to assist in answering my queries about style or size of radiator). We've used Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services twice in last few months. Both were great experiences, and we'll use them again if a need arises.
