I called St Margaret's Plumber as my boiler pressure was down to zero and I could not work out how to pressurise it myself. Igor came to me within an hour and was excellent. Probably the most knowledgeable and helpful heating engineer I have ever dealt with. He resolved the problem and showed us several things we could do to help ourselves in the future. Thank you!

Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. From the off, Adam and the team provided a very personal engaging service, going above and beyond (for example to assist in answering my queries about style or size of radiator). The advice and recommendations were always well explained and the whole installation was above my expectations. I would highly recommend Flush and would use them again with any future works required. They were always on time and used thick dust sheets, clearing up after every day including all packaging and waste materials. Absolutely perfect job, thank you everyone!

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

We've used Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services twice in last few months. Both were great experiences, and we'll use them again if a need arises. First, a new ball float valve (the whole pack) was installed in the water loft tank. Later, a new fill-and-flush valve (the whole pack) was installed in a toilet, and a new sink tap installed. A huge thank you to Kel who reinstated our built under kitchen sink , added a support framework , removed a waste disposal and reconstructed drainage pipework . Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

This is the 3rd time we are using Twickenham and Sheen Green Plumbing & Heating. On each of those occasions they have provided quick turnover, professional and courteous attitude and managed to identify and fix the problem (boiler motherboard replacement, faulty radiator, blocked gas valve). Today Dan sorted out the boiler gas valve in no time - and after spotting the water draining away from the sink quite slowly , offered to clean the labyrinthine drain pipes underneath it. [As he put it : 'you are paying for a whole hour of my time'] Offer, which needless to say I gladly and gratefully accepted :) Thank you Dan &Co. and keep up the good work!

I've used Twickenham Green Plumbing & Heating on two occasions now. They have been utterly reliable, turning up on time and doing the job perfectly. Indeed, the plumber went further than he needed to, having finished the work I had called them for. He went back to his office to find some fresh insulation for an external pipe then returned and fitted it for me. And they do not charge ridiculous prices! I am pleased to recommend them and will be happy to use them again if and when needed.
