Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Very mobile and came to the house. Good value for money. Thank you for your service. Definitely recommend to use them rather than chasing completely the wrong technicians to save 20 or 30 pounds

Really great service. Spoke with Junior about replacing some door handles on some tired UPVC doors we have. I sent some pictures via WhatsApp and then he was round once the handles arrived to fit them, also fixing an alignment issue with one of the sets of french doors. Would highly recommend these guys, very efficient and professional.

TOP OF MY MOST WANTED LIST Just had the most amazing truly competent Junior to put in a security entrance lock onto our side gate. He came looked at the lock and gave us an honest opinion of various lock alternatives. We chose the more expensive marine grade option as it would last many more years. Lock arrived 48 hours later and expertly fitted. Chose Junior after reading all his reviews. A delightful honest man and so helpful and kind. Now a permanent fixture of chosen wanted trusted tradies. I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Thames Lock came out really quickly when my door got stuck. He was able to fix the problem and adjusted the door so it doesn’t happen again! Phoned Origin for advice on repairing our bi fold doors and they recommended using London Lock and Glass. Phil and Carl were amazing. Can't rate them highly enough. They managed to squeeze our repair in there and then, immediately confirmed the problem and effectively, efficiently resolved it. I highly recommend London Lock & Glass. They are professional friendly, experienced and very thorough. We've had countless issues with our bi-fold doors since the builder installed them. We've never managed to get them to operate smoothly as they should, until the team at London Lock & Glass came and sorted them out completely. They were really quick to respond to our initial enquiry, unlike many who don't even get back to you. He came and did an initial review of the problem and a quote on the same day. The very next day he squeezed us in and got the job done. The team completely fixed the door, correcting the errors of the previous builder who had installed it. Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. After having my van broken into and my tools stolen, I was looking for security plates to be fitted to my Transit Custom. Island Security offered to fit internal and external plates where other business only offered to fit external plates, and the cost to fit was very reasonable. However, this wasn't the best bit about the whole experience! Jason went out of his way to provide a great service. Thank you Jason, I'm really grateful for all your efforts.
