Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Jacques took the time to come to the house to inspect the lock and give me a quote. He was so approachable, competent, and friendly that I asked him to examine other locks. He provided a very reasonable quote. In the end, the work was more complex than anticipated, but he delivered a high-quality solution and billed me based on the initial quote. I thought this was particularly fair, considering he returned multiple times until it was perfect and spent considerable amount of time addressing all the snags, making the final invoice seem really reasonable. Overall, a brilliant experience.

Geoff was extremely friendly and efficient at fixing not only our original call-out issue, but a secondary longstanding issue of a broken off key in our MaxLight sliding door. A previous locksmith had told us we would need to completely remove the door to get the key out, but Geoff got it out in no more than a minute! Would definitely use again in the future.

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! I required a late night call-out in Hammersmith for a broken motorbike disc lock. The attending locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of my call and set about removing it. Communication was swift, pricing was very fair and transparent, and overall trustworthy and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend BMS again.
