When he attended, he explained to me what needed to be done, as there was a small alteration, and asked me if it was ok. When he finished, he made sure everything worked and explained to me how to operate the new lock. Happy with the service.

He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. No damage at all and even cut a 2nd key on the spot….. absolutely brilliant service start to finish. I recommend jim at city auto locksmith London as a must if you unfortunately need help with car lockout/keys. A+++++++

Very nice guy and quick to get my key sorted. He seemed to have a wide range of blank key types as compared to a couple locksmiths I had gone to prior who didn't have my key type. Most importantly the key works perfectly. 5* service!

Yesterday, I went to Timpson's inside Tesco's Lea Valley, the guy said it would cost £40 to get 4 front door keys cut - 1 x Chubb, 1 x Yale and 2 x JMA! Today I took the keys to this gentleman and he said £18! I have tried out 3 of the keys and they work fine. Hopefully the 4th will be okay too. The business is very easy to get to; it's just outside Asda, and provides a quick and value-for-money service. I would 100% recommend.

Great young guy who managed to sort out 7 keys for me. These were all different types and two sets were done within 10mins. The location is easy to get to as it is near the Asda and inside the car park. I was able to pay by card, which was very convenient. Price was reasonably and I should be back to get more keys cut soon.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. Had a very positive experience with G K - clear outline of what options I had and pricing when talking with the team. I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! Gave me a reasonable price up front, explained the work required and replaced the lock with a secure, quality lock with 5 keys! He’s not writing you walk away with a bad job. So be prepared to wait for top quality. He was very local and easy to find or meet. Would defiantly recommend. Seconding some of the other great feedback on here. I had a really tricky door which wasn't as secure as we needed for insurance purposes. The Worralls team came twice just to make absolutely sure their proposed solution would work, took everything apart to check it would fit properly, and were super thorough with their approach. Result was a solution that works well but also looks great, which was important for this particular job. Plus they were just nice people to have around and easy to deal with.

These really are top guys. Had an issue with a lock and they came and sorted in under an hour and are always very honest and reasonably priced. I once mistakenly gave them the wrong key to cut. Despite making 10 copies they made another 10 copies of the correct keys and didn’t charge me for the mistake. Highly recommend!

Sam and his team provide a real human customer service. Mine was a small job. Emails are dealt with promptly and a real person answers the phone!! Each person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Job completed on time and delivery made exactly as promised. And reasonable prices. Could not ask for more.
