Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and sorted the problem, ensuring that he had done a thorough job. Mike even went as far as sorting my side entrance door as well for me as a gesture of kindness, this was very much appreciated. I had called him first based on the google reviews and he honestly does deserve all of the excellent reviews posted. Thank you Mike!

I asked Scott to replace a single door cylinder, a rim cylinder, and a mortice lock. He provided me with a quote and arrived promptly at the agreed appointment time. Not only did he carry out the work swiftly and with great attention to detail, but he was also a pleasure to have around and chat with! I wholeheartedly recommend RS Lock and Safe and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises. Scott is courteous and hard-working – look no further for a locksmith. I would, however, add one minor note, which in no way detracts from the overall positive experience: I suggest double-checking whether the quotes clearly state the inclusion or exclusion of VAT.

We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. David did an amazing job on our windows which were in real disrepair and a significantly bigger piece of work than initially expected. Regardless, David was committed to doing a perfect job and sorted out all of the issues. He was very kind and went above and beyond to deliver the highest quality work. He also went the extra mile when spotted issues beyond the windows which he fixed for us too. Really dedicated to the craft and doing a good job. Communication was great throughout and always contacted when said he would and turned up on time. He booked us in very last minute and did the job the next day, as well as ordering all the parts in for us. Overall extremely professional, didn't make a mess and worked efficiently but thoroughly. I can't believe the quality and workmanship for the price we paid, which was very reasonable. Thank you David!

David came round today to fix the uPVC window handle. It was a very old window (not opened in over 10 years) and not the easiest of jobs. Bearing in mind it was a tricky job, he did an excellent job and works perfectly fine and at a reasonable cost. David was also super punctual and called to tell him he coming. Also a very nice chap.

Excellent service! I called just before 9 AM, and despite handling an emergency, they answered promptly and later called back to let me know they were open.
