We are a managing agent for a site in Tidworth. We needed assistance with a couple of new locks and replacements keys so we contacted Leigh’s Locks. We agreed a time and date as we only attend this site monthly. Leigh was on time, very professional, checked the locks first to see if he could repair rather than us having to replace so a honest and transparent service all round so would recommend Leigh and we will be using him again in the future.

I recently had a serious domestic issue and urgently needed my locks changed. I phoned Leigh’s Locks and explained my problem. Mark immediately changed his schedule so he could help me. Within an hour of phoning him he’d arrived and changed all the locks. Not only was he highly professional, fast and very capable, he was so kind. I am really grateful to him. Dan did a great job on my very old uPVC front door. It was not a simple job, he had to track down the right parts for the job. He also fitted locks to my very old aluminium windows. Great price, great customer service. Very quick and efficient

Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Focus were able to get out to us rapidly when locked out in the evening - they gave a realistic time to get here that was kept to, very reasonable pricing for labour and also parts required. Not only that, they went above and beyond helping repair door latches and offer maintenance advice for our locks to prevent future issues. Tony was friendly and helpful - all much appreciated, couldn't recommend more!

Focus Locksmith have saved us twice in the last 6 months. Other local locksmiths advertised as being available 24/7 turned us away or simply didn’t answer when we needed emergency help, whereas Focus came immediately after our call. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Darren was a delight from start to finish. He did the job as discussed and was incredibly honest about another job he could have completed but told us it’d be far more cost effective for us to do it ourselves, which I believe is always sign of a great tradesperson. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!
