I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.

We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. My husband called CAP Security Locksmiths at around 10am this morning, explaining that we could not lock our front door. Despite having a very busy schedule planned, Brian and his son kindly fitted us in their day and were here by 2.15pm. Within the hour, they had fixed the issue. My husband and I also had a lovely chat with them that brightened a rainy day! They are very friendly, professional guys who charged us a very fair price. We had a front door emergency last week, I called this number as it was at the top of my google search .. a kind lady called Christine answered at 12.48pm, gave me quote/info and her husband Brian was here with me .. by 1.08pm!!! He changed the gearbox on door, serviced it, gave us an invoice and was gone by 1.28pm .. UNDER 1 HOUR = wow!!!!!! That is impeccable timing and outstanding service. Price wise, I compared to 2 other local companies and can confirm Brian & Christine charge the same as everyone else (it seems to be a “standard fee of around £70/£75 for most locksmiths call out fee). I can’t express enough how happy I was with this entire experience .. considering I was panicking at home with a new born baby and couldn’t lock my front door.. and needed to get out urgently for an appointment.
