I had a key fob failure in Tesco Bursledon car park that wasn't battery related at 6 in the evening in the pouring rain. Alec was there within 10 minutes and gained access to my car and synchronised the key again and even provided me with an additional spare key he'd cut himself there and then with his equipment. Very knowledgeable & efficient service and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this service and would be happy to use again.

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

Eddie was prompt to respond and turned up on time. He adjusted 2 doors for us, replaced the gearbox and lock barrel on one of the doors. It was a great overall experience, I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.

Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Excellent service. Called up for a replacement key for a roof box. Had found a suitable blank and had it cut quicker than I could get to the shop. This was not a simple copy but actually making the key for a particular barrel. The key works perfectly. Great service over the phone and in the shop, would highly recommend!!!
