We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

First class service did at a fixed price too so no hidden costs….came once to fit a temporary lock and a second time to complete the job. Went into the shop on Monday st 3pm to ask for the locks to be changed at my new property. Job booked in for Tuesday morning less than 24 hours wait. Called to let us know the arrival time. Outstanding workmanship, didn't just change the locks but adjusted all the door setting to stock it getting jammed and squeaking. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Adrian promptly came round to sort a replacement key for my wife's car when we thought she'd lost her only key!! Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.

my key had immobilizer fault and i had messaged other key-fixing places that quoted me extortionate amounts and these places that would be unreliable with times and messaging me and i had to go somewhere today. mark came here asap, fixed my key within 40 mins and was lovely to talk to. he also charged me A LOT less than other places. 10/10!!!

Darren has been extremely helpful attending to an issue with my front door which needed some adjustment after it had dropped on one side. He also replaced the window gaskets / seals on my bi-fold doors. Darren was prompt, very reliable, and professional. I would totally use him again for all my door, locks and window issues. We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation.
