Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.
