I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Very personable and price very reasonable especially for the end to end customer service you get. Definitely recommend!

Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Broken roof tiles and buckets in the loft to catch the water; complete nightmare as I did not know who to call out and was getting very stressed. I need not have worried as Mike and his team not only came to check it over within 24 hours (in atrociously wet and windy conditions I might add), but the very next day (sunny and dry thankfully) came to finish the job and went over and above what was required. Can't praise them enough for their attitude and work ethic. Highly recommend.

Levi and his team redid our felt, replaced some rotten rafters, replaced the soffit, fascia, ridges and re-cemented the verges, then replaced all the original tiles. The weather that week wasn't great so he sent a large team and they got it all done in a day! They were quick and professional from start to finish, better than many other trades we've had. They gave a good price and returned really quickly to fix some snagging issues.

I called “we know roofing” for a quote, they were very polite and came round the next day to give a quote for my leaking garden room roof. The quote which came through was competitive and a fixed price and I was told that if further issues were found that there would be no hidden costs. We arranged a mutually convenient date for them to start and the roofer’s who came were extremely polite and tidy, they worked hard and were very professional showing us pictures all the way along. Reworked the mortar in the valleys, to fix a small leak causing dampness in the loft. Completed the work efficiently, on time, and within budget. Could have cleaned up a little more. Can be trusted with all aspects of roofing issues.

A complete new roof was installed to the highest standard. The roof had an unusually steep pitch and several dormers, so was a difficult task. Extra work was involved and fully explained (replacement of lead and wood). The roofers arrived punctually every day and were always friendly and cheerful.
