Customer service was exceptional. Albert and his team were responsive, answered all my queries and made the entire process stress-free. After the initial assessment a date was arranged for our leak and roof tile replacements to be fixed , which was all on time and as we discussed. The team were hardworking and polite for the 4 days they were on site and kept everything neat & tidy. Would definitely recommend Topnotch for any Roofing needs.

Carport flat roof structural repair and three layer torch on felt application. Sam and Will did a thorough job of repairing and replacing the felt on my Carport. The felt was overdue replacement and as a result allowed water into the roof space, rotting joists etc. Will and Sam refitted soffits, and replaced rotted wood facia boards (a lot of time consuming work!) but did it all to a good standard in good time. Marvellous job! BB Roofing, competitively priced and highly recommended!

Brilliant service. I contacted BB roofing via New Forest roofing as I discovered a small leak in my loft. BB was the third company to come out and quote but the first to get on the roof and find the source (a cracked tile) rather than just recommend the whole roof be replaced (which would have cost thousands). My fear of a massive bill to start the new year was resolved in under 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Sam for honest advice with the customer’s interests at heart.

We needed an emergency roof repair as a leak had brought down the ceiling plaster. This was from a leak supposedly fixed by another company who failed to identify the root cause if the leak. BB roofing arrived and immediately identified the problem as being the dormer window. They proceeded to replace the window and also re align all of our roof tiles. They were quick, professional and really helpful. The leak is now fixed. They even came in under the original quote as the job was quicker than expected. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again if ever needed. Very refreshing to deal with honest upfront tradesmen. Thank you

BB Roofing is an absolutely first class company. We have had the roof stripped, a new membrane fitted and re-tiled using the existing tiles. The chimney was repointed and repaired. Soffits Fascias and Guttering replaced. All the works carried out is of a very high standard. The service we received from Will and Sam was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend BB Roofing. Forest Park Roofing have replaced the roof, loft insulation and loft flooring on my house. This was a complicated job that was undertaken with care leaving me with a very elegant roof which has been much admired by the numerous people walking their dogs in front of the house over 3 weeks. Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.

I contacted them through their website and they called me back within thirty minutes. They sent Mark out the next morning to take a look. Mark is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures and showed me what the issues were (I had several leaks in my roof since the recent bad weather). By the end of the day Steve had sent me a quote. The quote listed out the works they were going to do and I thought the price was really good for the amount of work that was needed. I emailed back and accepted in the evening. Steve responded that evening to arrange a day to do the work. The work was done on the day that we had agreed. Mark and Luke did a great job and took more pictures to show me what had been done. As promised all the broken tiles and the original lead flashing was taken away. Steve gave me a courtesy call later on that day to make sure I was happy.
