Called Precision & Roofing services for an estimate and was expecting to be told to wait for a few weeks untill I could be fitted into there diary.. A young man Michael was very polite and told me he was passing by my area on the way home and would happily give me a quote.. The quote I was given by the first 2 roofing companies was beaten by Michael and the work carried out was to an excellent standard and have had no issues with the work that had been done.. I was really worried about the leak in my roof. I called Precision Roofing & Building for help and they fixed the problem quickly and for a great price!

Precision Roofing came to deal with sealing our soffits, following squirrel activity in our loft. Once on the roof Mike, the foreman, saw gaps in the gulley where the mortar had deteriorated. Effectively we had a hole in the roof. He managed to reschedule his work to accommodate us. Despite appalling weather conditions his men worked hard to complete the work. Mike kept us informed of progress during the entire project. I would like to give a special mention to Jamie who worked in well below zero temperatures clearing the moss. We are very grateful for the speed in which the work was carried out and the final result.

We contacted John a few years back, and since then, if there has ever been an issue with our roof, I've not looked anywhere else. This time, we had a leak in our roof - Battons were wet through and felt had come down due to tile gauge not being adequate when the house was built in the 70's. John, quickly identified the issue and was out to fix the issue within a couple of days. He takes a huge amount of pride in his work, does a thorough job and always reasonably priced. Plus, he is a really nice chap, easy to talk too and trustworthy. Wouldn't use anyone else and very happy recommending him to family and friends.

My roof needed a full refurb as the underfelt was in poor condition, cement in the verges and ridge was starting to crack, and it had been largely untouched for 45 years. I had several quotes and John provided a very competitive price for the work required. He was the only person who suggested replacing the existing concrete tiles with new ones rather than cleaning them. Surprisingly, this worked out marginally cheaper than cleaning and refitting the old tiles. I now have a brand-new roof which looks amazing. Quality of work is excellent. John clearly knows his trade very well; his experience and personal quality standards could be seen throughout the work. As an example, when some of the dry verge covers did not fit as well as he liked, he changed them for an alternate make which gave a much better appearance and fit. All this extra effort was unprompted, just part of his desire to do a good job. I would fully recommend JBF roofing if you are looking for professional, high quality roof work, big project or small, John does it all!

We needed a second opinion on some roof repairs and John was fantastic. Super helpful and great communication. He even came back to push some roof tiles back into place for no charge. I would highly recommend.

It was a complicated job that most roofers wouldn't touch, but that didn't put John off. Just for the initial assessment of the problem he needed to perform a complicated feat of contortionism in order to gain access. Once he had decided how it should be tackled, he provided his own scaffolding tower to cut down costs. He provided video evidence of the problem before and after the repair. Our non-standard 19th century property is now watertight from the rain. He cleared up afterwards and you would never know he had been there. He turns up on time, is honest and trustworthy and is always in a good mood. There's no one better.

Theo and his team came to replace my leaky flat roof which was causing extreme issues internally. They were prompt and very punctual turning up on time both days. They guided and showed me through all different stages and processes of the job. They installed a 3 layer torch on system with a guarantee. Very happy with the response, advice, work and speed of response. I have now had Borough roofing out twice for two different issues. No hassle or pressure, honest, shared pictures and videos with me there and then so I could see the problem and the repairs (only minor but still) very quick and all at the agreed price.
