Louise always offers a warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. I would most highly recommend her.

Louise has been a beautician for a really long time and it shows. She is a consumate professional and has adapted to each new set of rules this year (2020) without complaint. She delivers a full set of treatments in her beauty room, but only a few days a week as she has two young daughters to look after. I've been going to her for about 10 years. I'm really particular.

Had my first wax done today by Louise. She was friendly, caring and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. A very professional service that I would highly reccomend.

I have been going to Louise for years and she always offers a great service at a good price. The shellac lasts for weeks and the facials are gorgeous. I would highly recommend her.

Have been with Barrie for over 30 years now, and I wouldn't have anyone else do my hair. He is one of the most talented stylists and a generally all round nice guy. Even if I moved away I would travel back just to have Barrie do my hair.

I booked in full body massage & facial with Amy and it was phenomenal. I came out feeling relaxed and a million dollars. I cannot recommend Amy and her services enough.

Siobhan. Cut and coloured my hair .. the colour is beautiful . Siobhan is a lovely girl a real asset to the salon, she is so knowledgeable on all aspects of colour and i felt very confident and reassured by her.. i wouldn't go anywhere else !

First time if trying this salon as new to the area. Was made feel comfortable straight away. Tea was constant (perfect) and my hair was cut and coloured by Siobhan. Already booked in for my next visit and I will be trying the beauty things to. Defo worth a visit.

First time at Pimms! Millie and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hadn't had my hair coloured in over a year and it definitely needed it! I was regularly asked if I was comfortable, wanted a drink etc. Really really happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back! X

Such a lovely welcoming experience visiting this salon. From the services provided by Liz, Millie and Suzanne it always feels like a retreat service being provided. Paige is such a lovely young apprentice (as are they all) but she is really focused and committed to her duties and her head massage is a real treat after a long week of life! Love visiting these ladies who make you feel like part of their family and allow you to step away from a hectic schedule to be pampered and listened to like when old friends reunite. The team at Pimms are amazing from Anna’s welcome, to the last goodnight, they’re simply amazing. And they make you look and feel like a million dollars when you leave. Hairdressing at its best 💗

Fantastic treatment from Daniel - Mens haircut however you like, he caters! Very skilled pleasant and professional. Atmosphere is always great! Never had a bad cut here, highly recommended - women's haircut also is great here, my partner has had Holly cut her hair and has been fantastic. Always personalised and catering to their clients requirements.

There aren't enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe Holly, the salon and the wonderful team at HBH. After a previous terrible hair cut from another salon, I was worried about another cut. Daniel was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, what I felt went wrong and what I wanted. Daniel was able to understand my ramblings and the outcome was exactly what I needed. We talked about future ideas including colour and he was able to give me a few options with varying maintenance and affordability options. Beautiful salon. Can't wait to visit again.

I was recommended to Ema when my make up artist let me down a few months before my wedding. Ema was my hero, she came to my rescue and made me feel totally at ease. We spoke about the look I wanted to create and we had a trail which I was over the moon with. Her expertise shone through and I never looked back, and that was 18 months ago. I am still visiting Ema for facials and eye lash and brow tints. I would highly recommend Ema to you, you will be more than happy.

The stylist took such care and dedication to create a look that exceeded my expectations. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional – they even stayed open until 1 a.m. just to accommodate my late arrival. I presented a picture of the style and color I wanted, and they perfectly executed my vision. Unfortunately, a slight hint of blonde remains at the bottom due to me previously using a box dye (black) but overall the result is fantastic. I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely be returning. The pictures attached is my hair after 3 weeks of bleaching and colouring. The quality of products used were really good hence why there is no damage to my hair.
