Absolutely wonderful neck,shoulders & back massage! Good prices and in heart of burley, which we love to visit. Definitely will book again.

Gorgeous interior with a very calming and warm atmosphere there is a very distinct aesthetic. Lovely and professional beauticians with excellent customer service. Very good experience here but just a few small things to note. the prices are slightly higher than the average for salons in the area and they did not have as many gel colours as I am used to. ( but I think I’m just spoilt )

I have had both waxing and my nails done at Hermitage for nearly a year now! Really friendly staff and they do an amazing job! The nail colour choices are great and the gems are really long lasting, definitely recommend! I had Ellen do my nails and eyebrow wax today and it was a great relax for me! She also made my nails look fabulous (once again) and shaped my brows exactly how I wanted them! Thank you :)

Absolutely lovely treatment today at B Beauti by Ellie! My mother and I got our eyelashes lifted and tinted and the entire process was fab! I’ve had my eyelashes done many times at different places and genuinely have never been so happy with the outcome, they were done so well and we were both deeply pleased and will 10000% be returning!! Ellie was a very professional and friendly beautician that made us both feel very relaxed, we laughed and chatted and the time flew by. Such a refreshing change to previous salons I’ve been too! The other treatments on offer looked fab too! The phone reminders and entire process from booking, sample test and treatment was great! Thank you both Chelsea and Ellie, a very enjoyable and successful trip!!

Chelsea has been doing my manicure regularly now for around 5 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. No one does a better a job; she is incredibly professional, friendly and an absolutely fantastic therapist. Her work is always precise and she takes great pride in doing a flawless job. Huge selection of colours to choose from too. 10/10 would recommend.

Had my eyebrows done by Chelsea, she was the nicest and even though I was late she still made the effort to do it for me. I love how she did my eyebrows will definitely be returning!

Natalie has been doing my nails for a few months now, and always done a fab job! But with nicer weather on its way, I was in need of a pedicure! As a woman that detests people touching her feet, it took a lot for me to book to have it done, but I am so glad I did! My toes now look pretty and I didn’t kick her! Lol thanks Natalie xxx

Chloe is an incredibly talented professional who works magic with scissors and colour. I 100% trust her judgement whenever I fancy trying something new and am never disappointed. Chloe is also a really lovely human to spend time with which makes a visit to the salon a real pleasure 🌈

Booked today and had the lovely kieria, such a lovely friendly hairdresser. My cut was superb and my hair treatment and massage was lovely. Definitely would recommend and I will be returning.

The last hair cut I had at a different salon ended up not being a great experience which had left me nervous but this salon gave me an amazing experience! Jasmin was kind and gentle and gave me advice on how my chosen style would look best - honestly it was the best experience and I can't wait to have my hair cut again!

Managed to book an appointment for my daughter with less than 24hrs notice. They always ask if you would like a drink and take any request my daughter has for her hair into consideration. She always leaves here really happy and full of confidence. Would recommend!

Over the years that i have had my haircut by Lucy I have found her to be amazing, she cuts my hair brilliantly I love my new cut and colour ,they know how to cut long hair correctly, people might think it's easier to cut, apparently not..others could not cut it , it ended up not being cut straight at the back...and best of all i know whenever I go and see Lucy I will walk away from the salon with my hair looking the best and Feeling refreshed! They know how to cut hair correctly unlike some places I've been to before coming here... The experience as usual was was perfect from start to finish. The team are so friendly! I love my new look. I've been using Tanya regularly for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the services she has provided. I've had everything from eyebrow wax, body wax, massages and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and certainly knows what she is doing. But on top of all of that, she is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet! :)

5 stars ! I tentatively tried metaraki hair studios for a cut and blow after seeing it had hundreds of 5 star reviews on fresha. I am so glad I did !!! My hair looks amazing and I feel great. The fact that it is one person a time makes all the difference when you have sensory issues or become anxious at the hairdressers due to noises or small talk. Great experience the whole thing only talk 1 hour and 15 mins.

I can't recommend Verity enough, she's a very skilled hairdresser and makes you feel very at ease! She takes the time to make sure you're happy and time just flies by when I go!

I would 100% recommend Verity to anyone as she is so professional, friendly and did my air brush highlights, hair dye, toner and hair extensions to a really high standard for my wedding. People couldn't believe I had extensions in because they were so well matched to my hair colour. I'm so happy with the results!

I was so happy and impressed with Millie's beautiful work doing my very unusual request for a 60's style beehive French roll updo with my very long hair. With the added challenge for it to stay in tact overnight for Goodwood Revival the following day, it was a big ask. But Millie achieved it perfectly! She has real talent, gifted hands, a great can do positive attitude and a lovely caring approach. Thank you Millie, you made my day wonderful.

Excellent expertise! It was the best haircut I have ever had! Lots of advice offered! They are very friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere! They were recommended to me and I have passed that recommendation on to family and friends! I am already booked in for my next appointment. The prices are very competitive!

Olivier is wonderful, love the haircut and his approach to colouring too. Beautiful. Loved everything about this salon. UNTIL 10 minutes ago when I decided to make another appointment, and found out his prices have SKYROCKETED! :( :( and almost DOUBLED! I am so sad, absolutely heartbroken, as I really liked the stylist and his work. But sadly, I simply can no longer afford to come to his salon, so have to look somewhere else. :(( Oh what an absolute shame though. Best of luck Olivier! Hope you will consider lowering your prices though!

Olivier really is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He pays particular attention to hair type and how a cut will change as it grows. He is very enthusiastic and a super nice guy so getting your haircut is always a great experience. I definitely recommend!
