Emma is so warm, friendly and inviting. Emma has always been honest with me about the results I will get from any colours I'm wanting and what will work with my hair type. I always leave with a big smile on my face due to how happy I am with my hair and the service provided. I highly recommend her. Great results at an affordable price too!

I’ve been going to Hair Beauty for over 10 years now and the service they provide is fantastic, friendly and approachable, they really put you at ease. I get my hair cut every three weeks and I can honestly say I have been 100% happy with every haircut I have had from Bradley. he is absolutely brilliant, he really listens to what you want and delivers every time. I often get people stopping me and asking me where I get my haircut, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For the past 18 months I have absolutely hated my hair due to damaged, over-processed blonde. Waiting for it to grow out and become healthy enough to dye again has felt like the longest time. Also after suffering from post-partum hair loss back in October last year, I felt super worried about finding somebody I trust to get my hair back looking good! I am so thankful I found Shaniece and so pleased with my hair after just one session! For the first time in a long time I feel happy with my hair. It was my first time at Natural Beauty and it was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left. When I entered, the smell was beautiful and the lady on reception was very welcoming and chatty. I had a lady called Beth who did my first ever pregnancy massage. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. She told me the procedure of how the massage would go and explained why certain things couldn’t be done and the alternatives that would be performed. The massage was lovely, the right pressure applied in the right places, and a good level of conversation. I was able to relax and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a massage to run to there! Very high quality customer service for a very good cost!

I thought the Salon looked lovely and inviting in reception. Helen did my manicure and BIAB nails. I'm so pleased with them. Also it was great to find out I had 20% discount as it was my first appointment at Natural Beauty. I unfortunately started to feel unwell during my manicure appointment and Helen was very kind and helpful. I just felt faint and soon felt better after some orange juice and opening the door to get a blast of fresh air. I was fine to finish the manicure and drive home. I am hoping to book another appointment for a Pedicure now!

Wonderful experience: I am very pleased with the treatment. My lashes look very pretty. I have done a LVL lash lifting. Helen is a fantastic beautician. I saw a Facebook post from The Salon on Friday advertising hair and beauty appointments, and by 11am on Saturday I was in heaven! I went for two spa treatments, the full-body salt scrub and a luxury facial - both were amazing, but the facial I can honestly say was the best I've ever had. So relaxing, felt like it lasted forever and I was so calm and relaxed afterward. I did ask the name of the lady who did my treatments and I remember it started with T, but sadly can't remember her full name! She was friendly, professional and asked questions beforehand about my skin and how I was feeling. I was given a loyalty card while paying, where if you pay for 10 treatments over £25, you get £25 off a treatment - looking forward to going back there in the New Year 😊

Jodie was absolutely lovely. She was extremely friendly and kind and I did not feel the service was at all rushed as I have found in other salons. She gave me some great advice for how to manage my hair colour moving forward which I will definitely take her up on. I was really pleased with the wash cut and finish she did for me. I also found the receptionist to be extremely helpful and polite and I found the atmosphere in the salon really great. Thank you. I will be back.

You will honestly not find a better bunch of people, I see John but have at times whilst he has been on holiday gone with the other stylists. They are incredible, what I love most is they tell you what will suit you, and they create the perfect style for your hair/face/features. If the style is not going to suit your hair then they say in a lovely way - what if we try this? You come away feeling totally pampered. It is my number one place to go...you always have a laugh !!
