Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. Ben is brilliant, he always gets the hairstyle I ask for exactly right and gives great advice and tips on what will work best for your hair. He's super accommodating and creates a really nice, relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend Ben and UrbanGreen!

I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . I’ve been having my haircut with Giuseppe for years, before he opened his own salon, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my hair. Giuseppe is a very talented hairdresser and I value his opinions for my hair colour and style. My hair is always styled nicely when I leave. The team always ensure the experience in the salon is relaxing and therapeutic and I look forward to my haircuts as a luxury treat! The Italian coffee is also great too! Highly recommend the salon!

Beautiful relaxing salon. Leanne is amazing, knows exactly what you should have done and does it brilliant. So happy with my hair colour chocolate brown with low lights to make a beautiful natural look. My hair feels, smells and looks great. The products Leanne uses are so gentle my sensitive scalp was happy! Highly recommended

The salon has the most relaxing atmosphere to it. I love the whole experience from walking in and having a great coffee, my hair being washed with the luxurious (and awesome smelling) Davines products, and having Leanne’s knowledge and expertise for cutting and colouring my hair. Pam has been doing my hair for years. I go every 4 weeks and each visit she inspires me with new things. Whether it's a new approach to my hair colour, growing it differently or recommendations. She knows I love the head massage when rinsing, and personally ensures I'm not disappointed. Great salon, friendly atmosphere, staff are lovely.

I firstly visited Theresa for a consultation to make a start on my new skin journey. Theresa is extremely knowledgable, super kind and beyond helpful. A week later i returned for my first (of many!) facials. Well, I have never had an experience like it, not even in a spa! One word - WOW! Theresa’s home salon is the perfect place to relax, a warm treatment bed, and the most incredible products were applied to my face. Whilst the masque was on I had a head massage that sent me to sleep! It was truly wonderful. I’ve rebooked for 4 weeks and already I cannot wait! Thank you Theresa!
