I’ve been going to Ellen for over a year now since she saved me from a lash SOS from another salon! I have tried many lash techs across the years where I had terrible retention issues but since going to Ellen I have never had a problem. I have been going to Finola for my brows for must be 10 years now. She is the only person I really trust to do them exactly how I want them, she is lovely, always friendly and professional and her attention to detail is spot on. She has recently started to cut my hair, I am absolutely over the moon with it, she has done exactly what I wanted a lovely casual layered easy to manage style that it quick to dry and style up or down. I could not be more happy and highly recommend her.

I came into the salon on the 14th February and met Jake the stylist totally unsure on what style I wanted, he styled my hair and took alot of which felt alot lighter and easier to manage. Rivervale beauty done our hair for our wedding. At the trial Becky nailed the brief and even made a back up plan with me if the weather was going to be hot on the wedding day - to a full up so rather than half up half down as planned. On the day of the wedding, Becky and Nella were ready and waiting, made everyone feel at ease, joined in the conversations like they were part of the wedding party and most importantly everyone’s hair looked incredible. Sarah is so warm and friendly. From the minute I stepped into her lovely salon she made me feel comfortable. I had booked in for a last minute treatment due to all my local therapists being fully booked. She had had a cancellation so could fit me in and luckily so because I have now found my beauty therapist, despite the distance of 20km. I am happy to travel that for such good service. Her salon is beautifully decorated and is very clean and she has all Covid steps in place.

Lovely, friendly, skilled & knowledgeable home beauty salon. Sarah has a great covid set up and booking is easy via her Facebook & website. I've only had manicures but good range of colours & products last really well, always get a couple of weeks wear.

I was lucky enough to have Xena do my wedding hair and Louise do my makeup. At my trial they were both absolutely fantastic and recreated exactly what I wanted from a few inspiration photos. On my wedding day we also had Erin to help Louise with the bridesmaids makeup. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with their hair and makeup and all three ladies were so lovely. They really made the wedding morning stress free and so much fun. I can’t thank you ladies enough! Also a shout out to Dolly who made organising everything so smooth, she responded quickly to any query I had and was a pleasure to deal with.

Chloe and Chloe did my hair and makeup for my wedding day on 7 September 2024.I absolutely loved my makeup, and my hair was beautiful too. Chloe who did my makeup was especially accommodating as we re-did my trial makeup to something completely different than I had originally asked for. Both my hair and makeup lasted all day despite a few down pours and I got lots of compliments. The only reason why this is a 4 not 5 stars is that girls started later than planned and I was late to the ceremony. A few weeks ago I had Ilaria and Ella do my wedding make up and hair. Wow! They were so amazing. Communication before and on the day was amazing. I didn't have time for a trial so was a bit concerned about the day but there was no need. They were so friendly and relaxed. I don't normally wear make up so Ilaria did aore natural look and checked in with me all the way through to make sure I was comfortable. And with my hair, I had some ideas and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Make up and hair stayed intact for the whole day! My bridesmaids had hair and makeup done too and everyone looked amazing and loved being pampered on the wedding morning! So happy with the results ❤️
