Omar from ActFast Solutions fixed a complex problem with our boiler due to a manufacturer fault but we were just out of warranty. We can’t praise highly enough for Omar’s professionalism, accountability and patience. Moreover Omar is a trusted engineer and I would highly recommend him. Omar laboured tirelessly to give my boiler its first service since being installed 8 years ago. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

I highly recommend Gary he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His work was of a very high standard, he fitted a new boiler and maserater and boxed in the boiler. He was always quick to respond and punctual and came within the hour to my initial call for help when water came through my kitchen ceiling. Don’t look anywhere else for a plumber!

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. I am an absolutely delighted with service provided by Niall's Plumbing & Heating. They were not only be able to accommodate my urgent visit on Sunday to service my boiler but also provided a comprehensive overview & education to our heating and boiling system of recently bought house. Leigh has done a lot of work for us including fitting a new bathroom. He helped us choose the right fittings and materials to make the best use of the space. It is great that he can do everything including decorating ,tiling and flooring so makes the whole job easier. Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and v most importantly not a rip-off like other big companies. Would highly recommend him.

We used Lazmir to replace a boiler, fit a new expansion tank and fix the underfloor heating system in a house we recently moved into in Marlow. He was utterly excellent; very responsive, very clear in what he recommended needed doing, and very fast in getting it done. We will be using hm again around the house. In summary I cannot recommend him too highly- brilliant.

I just really must post to say how much I appreciate the work done by the T&H team. We recently bought our first home and the bathrooms needed some work.. the main had to be completely gutted and replaced with a new bathroom and the downstairs needed some tiling and new sink. I got great support and advice about the options and they did a superb wet room for us in the main, Our dream setup. They also helped me out with small odd jobs such as plumbing for a washing machine in the garage and some kitchen sink issues. They have alot of experience and honestly do try and recommend the best solutions. Most importantly they make charges clear up front, talk through costs and found them to be very good value compared to alternatives I was looking at which were costing an arm and a leg... pricing is very reasonable in my view. They also don't disappear if there is an issue. Had a problem in the main bathroom a few months later and they returned and fixed it free of charge. Anything I need done plumbing wise don't hesitate to try them out you won't be disappointed! Will try to dig out the photos of before and after and share here.

T&H plumbing have been at our property twice. The first time was to install the WC toilet and another time when we got the kitchen sink combo tap replaced. I would say good old school values and good workmanship. Professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend the work.
