Had an issue with hot water and other fault codes popping in as well. So i call for the service about late afternoon and he came straight away in the same day which i did not expect.He came in diagnosed and spot on the problem. Ordered the parts on same day and placed it in day after which is very efficient and efficient with reasonable price. He is very professional throughout and i am very pleased with the service and will definitely use. Highly recommended.Thank you surendra rai for the excellent service.

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Booked Alix in to install a 2 Bar Stuart Turner pump as my shower pressure was none existent. Pricing was fair and very competitive and the job was done in only a few hours. Will be using again for future jobs.

Alix and his team came and fixed our leak in the soil pipe by fitting a new length of plastic pipe & also a new stopcock for turning off the water. All tested thoroughly to ensure no leaks from the system. Excellent quality of work & great service.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Really easy to contact on social media and turned up on the day booked to fix a running toilet. Identified issue plus another one. The part he had on the van needed to be replaced so they dashed off to the supply store and promptly returned to fix the issue. Matt has been recommended to me by a friend, and now that the job has been completed in my home I cannot recommend Matt enough to anyone. We needed our hot water tank replaced, pipework adjusted and few other bits sorted. I’ve never seen this level of quality finish like Matt produced today. Very impressed and happy customer here. In nutshell Matt was very responsive, polite, helpful, tidy, punctual, reliable throughout!

We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Matt replaced our megaflo water system which was leaking through our lounge ceiling. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional, friendly, tidy and reliable.
