Without doubt Tom and Alex from HeatXpert pulled out all the stops to get us a new condenser pump. Giving me and my family precious hot water and Central heating for the whole of the house. HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. Really easy to contact on social media and turned up on the day booked to fix a running toilet. Identified issue plus another one. The part he had on the van needed to be replaced so they dashed off to the supply store and promptly returned to fix the issue. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. From a basic plumbing request came the question do you do bathrooms. Fortunately the answer was yes and what a fantastic job they have done. Absolutely amazing final solution with great subcontractors for the plastering and tiling. Products supplied by Easy Bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Clive responded to my call straight away and came next day to replace kitchen tap and stopclock all done with inthe the hour found him to be very friendly and would definitely call Job done services again.

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves.
