Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. Alix and his team came and fixed our leak in the soil pipe by fitting a new length of plastic pipe & also a new stopcock for turning off the water. All tested thoroughly to ensure no leaks from the system. Excellent quality of work & great service.

Booked Alix in to install a 2 Bar Stuart Turner pump as my shower pressure was none existent. Pricing was fair and very competitive and the job was done in only a few hours. Will be using again for future jobs.

Really easy to contact on social media and turned up on the day booked to fix a running toilet. Identified issue plus another one. The part he had on the van needed to be replaced so they dashed off to the supply store and promptly returned to fix the issue. Really good service and if you are looking for a plumber I’d recommend them

Nathan is rare find, his workmanship and knowledge is top-notch. We have used his services for maintenance, servicing and repairs over last few years since moving to the area. When any repairs are needed he gives sound advice without pressure and you always feel satifisfied that you are getting a quality service without being ripped off. He is genuine and friendly chap whom I would recommend without hesitation.

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. Matt replaced our megaflo water system which was leaking through our lounge ceiling. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional, friendly, tidy and reliable. His communication throughout the whole process was amazing and we will definitely call him again in the future. Highly recommend MDR heating.

We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days.
