Chris fitted a new boiler at my house to replace an old combi boiler which was on its last legs. I live in an old house with a very intricate piping system but Chris was able to assess and tell me exactly what work would be required in order to fit the new boiler as well as which make and model would be best for my needs. We decided on a new LPG Worcester 8000 Life. This was a big job, but Chris kept me up to speed with everything he was doing as well as giving me accurate costs upfront so I knew exactly what I was spending my money on and how long the job would be likely to take. As an added bonus he managed to time the three day project so that I was never once without hot water while he was working on the new boiler. I’m really happy with the new system which has bought my home into the modern age and has released me of the constant anxiety of worrying whether the boiler would suddenly pack in on me. He provided all paperwork and safety certificates and also did a great tidy up after the job. I have worked with Chris on several projects now and feel very grateful to have a reliable plumber on hand I can call whenever I have an issue - he has responded quickly and fitted me in whenever I have had an emergency in the past. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent service. Chris serviced my boiler, and fitted a downstairs toilet at my parent's house. Excelleny all round. I have absolutely no issues recommending his work to anyone. A very genuine tradesman, with all the skill and expertise. Very honest pricing. The work at my parent's house was exceptional. Excellent boxing around the pipework, flooring, tiling, fitting of bathroom furniture and plumbing. 10/10

Chris and Toby provided an excellent service, replacing my toilet and bath waste as well as fixing the flush mechanism and replacing basin mixer tap in the en-suite. They ensured I was happy with each purchase before installation. They were efficient, informative and extremely tidy removing everything from the site. Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Jason has now been a life saver on several occasions, always answers messages by return, always happy to come out and assess the situation and suggest a solution or fix temporarily until he can do the permanent fix. Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.
