Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

My Bosch boiler was installed successfully by Shape Contractors two years ago, with the minimum of disruption. It is now serviced annually, most recently last week. Jim arrived punctually, as usual, and charged a fair price. I can definitely recommend this company.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Murray fixed a new thermostat on our shower, resulting in a full MOT on the shower that now works better than ever. He also fixed a leaking pipe in the airing cupboard whilst with us which was massively helpful. Whole team are helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

We were informed that the guys coming round would start at 08:00 in the morning and they turned up precisely on time. We had Adam and George carry out the work. They too were very professional, communicated clearly the work they were doing and were incredibly efficient. I was very pleased with the radiator that they fitted and would definitely use the company again.
