Such an amazing vets. I rescued my girl from Dogs Trust in November with medical issues with the need for long term meds. Every time I call for a prescription I always get a call from her vet, out of hours, checking in on her to ensure she is well. Truly amazing service, so happy Tilly is being so well cared for. The day after a bank holiday I was expecting a long wait for an appointment but was relieved to be offered one within 2 hours. My dog was seen quickly, vet & trainee observing both very caring, dog treated, meds administered & prescribed. Have been using Foxcotte for about 10 years now & highly recommend.

Called the day after Boxing Day while they were busy helping the backlog over Christmas. My spaniel had just sliced her foot open running through a field and we were carrying her back to the car. The team made space for us to drive straight there and they fixed her up within half hour. She’s not happy about the rest time or the cone, but I’m really impressed with how quickly the team got her fixed up - huge thanks!

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

Amazing! Couldn't rate Richard enough. I was in need of his services unexpectedly and wasn't even registered with him yet he arrived within 30 mins of an evening and performed what can only be called 'mini surgery' on my horse. He was extremely capable, knowledgeable and professional - we were in the best hands and I simply couldn't fault anything, brilliant vet!

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

We normally take Dexter to see Millie who is absolutely fantastic but we saw Lisa who was equally friendly and really focused on putting Dex at ease first. We felt listened to which is the service we like. Such a fantastic vets, we always come away happier knowing our fur baby is happy.

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Helpful, friendly, compassionate, sympathetic. Last time we phoned and came here was sadly when our Tinkabean needed putting to sleep. The lady on the phone and the vets where very comforting, caring and kind. Staff sent a sorry for your loss card, thank you 💗. Came here when we had the kittens jabs and microchip (kitten pack) good value for money.

The staff were so caring and understanding when we had to put our beautiful boy to sleep, they gave us lots of time and made what was a horrible time at least a calm, food filled occasion for our boy. We also went to see him a few days later and they again were so understanding and comforting which made our last goodbye a nice one. To the whole team thank you so much for your patience, understanding and care for our beautiful boy and especially to Sam & Meg.

Sadly my African Grey who was 31 suddenly was very ill, so I took him to a local vet in Portsmouth. They rated this place and we drove all the way from Portsmouth. We came in at reception not having an appointment and they took him straight away to be looked at urgently. The vets who we spoked to and dealt with, were respectful, professional, polite and gave a clear and honest overview of his condition. Sadly it was a very sad day by saying good bye to my mate. But I know you guys tried your very best to save him and he was in safe hands for the last couple of hours of his life and I want to thank you for this.

We take our chameleon here and the staff are amazing and caring. Super helpful and provide advice on how to best look after our little pet. If you have a reptile definitely check Anton vets out.

It’s with a broken heart we lost our rabbit Hagrid last month at 2.5 years old. He had been a poorly rabbit since birth and Antons never failed to find us an emergency appointment and always gave fantastic care. Hagrid had two long admissions with his heat tilt and stasis with multiple surgeries including ear flushes and dentals. The team at Antons always kept us up to date on his progress and recommended the best course of action. There are no words I can find to thank the fabulous team at Antons enough in helping us keep our Hagrid for as long as possible. Thank you.

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. The service we received at Anderson Moores was excellent from the referral process through to the procedures that my dog received. The Vet , Sophie, helped me to understand the procedures that my dog needed. She was also very kind and compassionate when we received sad news. The support staff were also very kind and helpful. Recently took my very poorly cat to Strathmore, Francesca and Jack worked so hard to find out what was wrong with him. They covered every possible issue that it could be. Wonderful professional vets, who genuinely care. They kept me well informed throughout the day. Exceptional after care too.

Vet explained everything and I felt they didn’t put any pressure on more tests/ money etc My sons said she was the best veterinary they have ever been too. They go to other practices but after our experience they are thinking of going to them too

As always a very professional and informative visit to the clinic with Jack. My girls have been with Strathmore since we first got them as puppies and we have had the same care and attention through out, which can't be faulted. We lost one of our girls last year and again nJack was there to advise and allowed us to spend time with her. Francesca and all of her team provide an excellent veterinary service, thank you.
