All staff are absolutely amazing! Kind, caring and helpful. They really care about the pets and their owners. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!! First class service and attention.

We’ve been taking our dog here for the past 5 years and have the utmost trust in the great care she’ll receive. The staff and vets have always been friendly and communicative, and just lovely with our beloved fluff. There’s no doubt that our girl has always been very well looked after by them, and we appreciate the great work they continue to do.

I have been so pleased with the service I get for my cat Tallulah. Everyone in the surgery is so lovely and they answer all my concerns well.

I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. I can't forget the excellence reception staff either, always on point, always cheerful and there to help. 15/10 and recommend

Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

I honestly LOVE LOVE Evo Vets! I moved my Chihuahua, Peanut, over to Eco Vets Wandsworth, and it was the best decision. Fantastic vet who sees my nervous female rescue (our dog fears men). We live a 40 min commute away but stuck with this clinic as we felt this was the right one for our rescue thanks to Dr Lia who is patient and kind. She spoils Josy with lots of care and attention and gives us a lot of helpful information each time we see her. The place is bright, clean and tidy. Receptionists are friendly, responses are usually timely and using the app is easy.

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. I echo all the other positive comments for Monica at Mascotas. I called her in an emergency for my cat who had a really bad and infected bite wound. Monica has been amazing. She attended my home really quickly, within 90 minutes (she was already on a house call somewhere in London). When she arrived, she was friendly, calm and professional and she put me and my cat at ease. She offered sound advice, recommendations and follow up care, second to none. My cat is now well on the mend. I have found Monica to be a warm and caring person who is really committed to looking after animals and getting your much loved pet well again. It was a really holistic service from Monica at Mascotas. I thoroughly recommend her and hope her business continues to thrive! 🤩🙌🥰 Thank you Monica!

Monica has been treating my dog for a number of years now and he's doing amazingly well. I first met Monica when she was working in Brentwood but over the years I followed her footsteps and even if I live in North East London I would not let any other Vet to treat my baby. Monica is caring, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, proactive, honest and simply a fantastic Vet in her approach and this is the reason why I highly recommend her to all my friends. Her fees are extremely reasonable too. She's simply the best

I found Monica through Google and since she's one of the few who sees birds and does home visits, I chose her, and I do not regret it! She answered promptly, agreed to come check my bird on the same day, and when she came she was so nice and gentle with my canary. She assessed him and his surroundings thoroughly and gave me plenty of advice. She was not condescending at all, and was genuinely interested and eager to help me and my bird. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had to call out the Vet on Emergency for my little dog Misty. She was having some sort of fit as I thought I called this Vet and she was with me within two hours which was pretty good because the area that I live in is quite away from her, she was very helpful very considerate And had a lovely personality. She looked an examines my doggy and my doggy had had a a stroke, but she’s doing fine. The vet phoned me this morning Boxing Day and asked all questions about her how she was doing and she was very helpful. I can’t photo in anyway. She’s got a very nice maner

The London Vet team have looked after our dogs since they opened and we can whole heartedly say that they're a genuinely lovely and hugely caring team. We feel as a family we'd be lost without their help, guidance and support.. so grateful to have them on our doorstep! An outstanding service!

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

I have been to quite a few different veterinary surgeries due to moving houses. This one is honestly the best by far! I am so pleased with how everyone dealt with my extremely anxious 19 year old Chihuahua. I was also very anxious as she was due to undergo an op. The vet Alan was very informative, very caring and certainly very knowledgeable. He tailored everything from start to finish to help ease my anxiety and make sure that the op was carried out with endless precautions and great care. All the nurses and the reception staff at this place are extremely understanding, caring and always provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My Chico is already recovering and seems very happy. ❤️

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

This is my first visit with my dog, I found the vet was patient and was very thorough, he made her experience nice and calm as she is a nervous dog. The receptionist was great friendly offering treats, the building itself is lovely and I found them to be fairly priced. I wanted a vet that you felt more that individual kind of treatment and I think you get that here.
