We joined Village Vet after poor experience at another local vet. We are so happy we did, the team truly care about our ragdoll cats Theo & Cleo. Theo was neutered and is back to his happy self one day later. The receptionist is wonderful and so kind, as well as the nurse. The information and service provided is the highest standard. Danny the vet is amazing and everything you would want when it comes to treating your precious pets.

I have nothing but praise for Danny and the team at Village Vet Garden Suburb. Danny looked after my golden retriever throughout his life and as well as being an excellent vet, Danny has always been kind, caring and friendly. Thank you for a fantastic service.

For Cade ( and of course Sue ) This review should be 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve posted before and am posting again because its so rare in 2024 to still experience genuine authentic customer care. Both Cade and Sue who are the first point of contact always make sure you feel heard. Over the last few weeks I have had some challenges with my dogs and Cade in this instance has helped me tremendously. Dan ( the man himself ) is amazing and my only regret is that I never came to this Village Vet 20 years ago. On behalf of Mabel, Barney and Teddy we thank you so so much. You’re appreciated 🌹

Excellent service, and very friendly staff. My Italian Greyhound is usually squeamish, but he is perfectly calm at Cockfosters Vet...could be the treats he's getting... Highly recommend

Been with wood street vets for over 13 years, all my pets are registered there. They are very kind, helpful, and truly care for every pet. Ozlem has been amazing in all the years I have been with them, I know my pets are well looked after, the follow up calls or any concern are dealt with effectively, all staff at wood street vets do a brilliant job in the best interest for your pet. I took my 5 month old puppy for her first check with this vet and we absolutely loved it. We had such a lovely experience from start to finish. All staff were very helpful and answered all questions I had in a clear detailed way can’t recommend this vet practice enough. Their checks on my pup were very thorough and I left with no unanswered questions/concerns. Highly recommend signing up to their health care plan our pup received a vaccination and flea and worm treatment and discounts applied when signing up to the health care plan on the day. Noola enjoyed her first time at the vets and enjoyed the cuddles she received even more thank you to all staff for continuing to make our puppy journey so enjoyable ❤️

5⭐️ service and care. Our dog has been registered with this clinic since he was a puppy 4 years ago. Fantastic, friendly, and professional care each time, whether routine appointment or an emergency one. I happily recommend this clinic to anyone else who would like great care for their pets.

Really, just thank you all at the practice! You are wonderful with my cat and I am no longer nervous about vet visits and I think Livia is a wonderful vet. She shows real care for my cat and it keeps my cat calm in a stressful situation for her. Abi is wonderful too- cleaned out my cats ears so well and was so caring with her. Thank you to the nurse who clipped her nails when she had an ear infection and there were no vets over the bank holiday to treat her straight away- this stopped my cat from hurting herself further. I thought she had a tick the scab was so big! So refreshing to have vets that think of the animals first and not about how much money they can charge. It makes being a pet owner viable and affordable, in this climate. Please all look into their monthly health plan- really great for pups/kittens and & older animals Xx

Wonderful female vet at Medivet in Cockfosters. She always welcomes us and makes us feel special. On this occasion this week, my cat Sphinxy was extra stressed as we had struggled to get her into her cat box prior to her appointment. It was upsetting all round, but mainly for her. The vet could see she was breathing heavily and cowering, (she is not a cat who likes to be handled), so the vet left the box on the floor and examined and vaccinated Sphinxy there, whilst speaking to her and stroking her. How many vets would do this? I REALLY appreciated this.

My cat recently started displaying some worrying symptoms and wasn't acting like himself. Taking him to Village Vet in West Hampstead was a priority, and thanks to Deborah's outstanding support and Rosa's advice, we were able to secure an appointment swiftly. Her prompt assistance ensured that my cat received the appropriate treatment without delay. I’m truly grateful for her help—thank you so much!

Thank you for all your love care and attention for my French bulldog Lola. She had a challenging life right from the start, with two families giving her up before she was 18 months old. Over the years she needed multiple spinal, nose and ear surgeries. Village Vet were there supporting us throughout, and I will be forever thankful.

We came to Dr. Richard’s surgery for the first time in 2021, when my Tobbi (Bichon Frise) was 12 years of age. He was suffering from adenoma growing and bleeding near his rear end. We visited a few vets before we found Dr. Richard and they all were giving us different reasons not to do the operation, like age thing, difficult area, for some of them it was a challenge. But when we came to Dr. Richard, he had a look and without any hesitation and with an absolute confidence he said “Yes, I can do that” And he did a perfect job. It was such a happiness to see our little cutie pie playing and running again. Unfortunately Tobbi's condition is a recurring benign adenomas issue and we have to come to Dr. Richard to remove new adenomas when they appear. The danger of the operation on this area that the dog can become faecally incontinent, but thanks to Dr. Richard’s skills, our Tobbi is still ok after having several operations on this area. Dr. Richard is a very skilled surgeon, he always gives us the right advice and he does perfect internal stitches, which are not visible, no need to look after, the wound is clean and not bleeding compared to external stitches. All the stuff we met at Arc Vet - receptionist Jasmine, nurse, they are always very helpful, friendly and caring. We live far away, in West London, but we are willing to come to Arc Vet because of the professionals who work here.

The team at Arc clearly love animals and have been great looking after ours cats 🐈‍⬛ over the last few years and are always happy to provide advice and suggestions if we ever have any questions. They were also really helpful when one of our cats had kittens and we needed all the support around that (see pic). Overall super happy with them and would happily recommend. They also provide cat and dog sitting services if needed 👍

Top quality cat care as my cat has or had bladder problems as she gets very sensitive. And the vet knew exactly what was going on. Great customer service and calming place for all animals. As me and my family have had bad experience in other veterinary clinics. A little bit pricey but worth the treatment. Didn’t take a photo of my cat as I didn’t want to startle her.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the vet we saw was Rebecca - she was brilliant with our puppy. She was thorough, very knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions. We highly recommend this clinic.

I have never been to a vet quite like it. The staff are always so incredibly welcoming and friendly. The vets themselves are so knowledgeable and just really lovely and gentle with my cat. I've never felt rushed or judged. They make you and your pet feel important. Truly a very unique experience and I have been to quite a few vets over my cats 12 year life!

The best place I have been in London. My cat was so calm and absolutely no stressed after taking blood test. I will never change them unless I change the city 😉😁😍

Mill lane were such great support and gave porky way more time than really was expected and even with her eventual end of life they were expectational. We recently moved from Village Vet in Kensal Rise to their branch in Queens Park as it is near to us. The Village Vet in Queens Park is excellent, starting from the Receptionist who is very courteous, polite and professional. The team of Vet is amazing. The appointment is always on time. The practice is clean and there is separate small area for the cat as well which is good as I have a nervous cat. Plus they have dedicated parking slots for customer too. They have dealt with my insurance claim swiftly too. I highly recommend this Practice

Exactly the vet you want to take your little one to for regular check ups and when you have any concerns. Service is polite, empathetic and informative from the first initial phone call to reception, to seeing the veterinarian and upon exiting. One of the loveliest vets I've ever been to. They were able to fit us in last minute after another practice cancelled. They were really accommodating and professional. All the staff are so lovely. Melanie, the lady on the front desk created a really welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. The vets listened and made me feel reassured that my rabbit was in safe hands. The best communication and follow up care I've ever experienced for an animal after a procedure. Could not recommend enough! I travel 1 hour 20 minutes to get here because they're worth it.

I recommend Village Vet - Queen’s Park. There was an issue with their supplier and I could not get my dog’s medication refilled in time. It is a life-saving med and they went above and beyond to help me, calling all of the Village Vet clinics in London. When that didn’t work, they tried calling another client taking the same med. It worked and I was able to have a couple days’ supply until the new shipment could come in. I really felt they cared about my dog and they didn’t give up trying to find a solution. Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

Brilliant vetinary surgery, the kindest people going. They care about your pet, not about making unnecessary tests etc. I am so glad I transferred my dog here and my mothers cats. I have absolute trust in the team.

Appointments get booked at a very fast date, not much waiting. Reception ladies are very helpful. My dogs' vet is super nice, explains clearly what procedure is to be done, what to expect, the do s and don't s for an op or vaccines. I am very happy with the place. Happy to recommend it.

There is not words to express what a wonderful team at East Barnet Vet. Dr Rachel was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for her incredible, loving care. My little old cat titi had a hard time recovering from teeth surgery, Dr Rachel and the whole team helped us in every way possible.
