I am very impressed with the care given to all my pets (rabbits Pumpkin and Spice and beagle Sailor) Recently Sailor has been ill, they have followed up with how he is, run tests quickly and reassured me throughout the process!

I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did from the beginning to the end ❤️

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

I registered my two cats recently at the clinic . I was so impressed when I visited last week . All the staff were so friendly and calm . The vet I saw was really kind and gentle, even my really fiery cat who hates the vets wasn’t too bad . I’m so happy we discovered the Bayswater Referral Clinic . .

The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Noodle really loves going into the practice and the nurses and doctors are all so accommodating and caring! Would highly recommend!

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Smooth experience of booking an appointment, registering with the vet clinic and then going in for routine vaccination. The staff at the clinic and Dr. Sorcha were lovely, handled Moo with care. Highly recommended.

Great vets. Signed my cat up to get castrated, joining the vets was super easy. Very easy communication and clear process. My cat came back well looked after, with a great quality cone which I haven’t seen before!! Very friendly team and very clean inside. Reasonably priced (for London) and would definitely recommend.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. An absolutely amazing vet. They’ve managed to always find time and work out getting us the best appointment we need. Great communication, they are always able to offer advice on any issues we’ve had as well via phone. The team take their time and really spend a lot of care comforting my dog. It’s great going to a place where you feel like it’s all taken care of with highly skilled staff.

This excellent service has reduced the stress of vet visits for both my cat and me. Dr Jose was so good with my elderly cat. So pleased.

SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Home Vets London. Nuria (who I'm guessing is the office manager) has been amazing from our initial enquiry until this morning when the vet arrived. She has been professional and prompt yet still managed to alleviate our fears with her fantastic, caring nature. And when Dr Jose came this morning, we KNEW we had made the right choice for our little (quite elderly... 19 years) cat. He talked everything through with us, and Marilyn was so enamoured with him even before her sedation. So professional but also really personable. I wish I'd found this service years ago. And for those worrying about cost for such a personal service... it works out more or less the same if you took your pet to a vetinary surgery and with so much less stress for your little furbaby.

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Jonathan, the founder, is directly in touch with clients, which really shows the level of care and dedication they provide. The team makes you feel like your pet is truly in the best hands. I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. I took both my cats to get their eyes checked out, they are both getting on in their years and I thought it would be good to make sure that everything is all good with their eyes. The whole team at Bloomsbury were fantastic, they were very friendly and put myself and both of my cats at ease. Roza and Liz were very patient and caring with my cats and I even got to see photos of inside my cats eyes. I would definitely recommend Bloomsbury to anyone who wants to get their pets eyes checked out.

Astonishing service, The vet is a cat whisperer! Not only was able to get a same day appointment. The vet was absolutely wonderfully kind, to both me and my poorly black cat Ti. I was expecting Ti to turn Panther and go into attack mode - BUT - instead Ti was perfectly chilled and got some meds, a next few days plan, on top of a complimentary health check, she even got her nails trimmed! I am always terrified of going to the Vet, number one in your mind is the worry for your beloved critter but it’s also because of the cost. I have pet insurance but the bill came in as okay’ish. It’s hard time but I’m over the moon that we now have a Medivet in Bloomsbury.

We could not have asked for a more thorough, professional and friendly service. Nick diagnosed our cat's problem quickly and wasted no time in getting him excellent treatment. He is recovering well after surgery and we are confident that all of the veterinary advice we received was for the best. Kathryn was extremely kind, and invaluable in helping us to process our pet insurance claim. Everybody went above and beyond to keep us informed and supported at a stressful time. Would highly recommend!

My dog ‘ Caesar ‘ went in for an op on Saturday morn ! I cannot recommend this veterinary enough folks ! The professionalism ,manners and prompt call backs and updates were amazing,not to mention the way they took care of my dogs needs and all the staff were amazing and accommodating! My Lab was spayed (Keyhole/Laparoscopy) here recently and I cannot speak more highly of the service and treatment she received. All staff were so kind, diligent and friendly and cannot thank them enough for how well they looked after her. Would recommend to anyone looking to spay their dog or looking for a good vet.

Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.
