Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. šŸ’Æ%

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stanā€™s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but werenā€™t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasnā€™t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasnā€™t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly Iā€™m not sure she would still be with us today and Iā€™m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. Itā€™s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I canā€™t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Top notch practice, with staff that genuinely care. Recommended both via a friend that uses, but also through a fellow practitioner. Our Schnauzer had several teeth extracted but was back to her usual antics that same day. Doug gives no nonsense advice, and is a reminder of how good veterinary care can be.

They saved my cat's eye sight. They have laboratory facilities. They acted promptly with a great communication with us. So Poppy's eyes were saved. Douglas was kind, cared and knowledgeable. He answered to lots of our questions patiently. His answers and explanations made total sense. When we spend hundreds of pounds and hours to help our pets, we want to understand. He is the best. We are so glad shortly before the incident, we left a famous large chain of vet as we were very unhappy. A vet was ok but she left. The problem was that they had several vets including visitor vets. Poppy was seen by different one each time. The last one was so dry and uninterested.

We recently joined Kitten to Cat. We are really happy by how knowledgeable the vet is and we were amazed by how well they handled our cat, who is usually very scared at the vet . The staff is very friendly and personable and the practice is very clean. On top top of that they are much cheaper then our previous vet. We just wish we had joined them before.

PLEASE READ!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The entire team at Medivet Kingston has been nothing short of incredible. My dog needed to have 11 teeth removed, and he received the most attentive and compassionate care imaginable. Sammy looked after him throughout the entire procedure, and it was clear how deeply she cares for animals. She treated my dog as if he were her own, which, in my opinion, is the most important quality in any veterinary service. Our pets often feel anxious in such situations, and knowing theyā€™re being looked after with such love and attention means everything. The vet who diagnosed my dog and helped organise his treatment, Nikianna, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She was not only thorough in her approach but also showed immense compassion and care, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend this team for their incredible dedication. They gave me the confidence and support I needed to stay calm and stress-free during what could have been a very worrying time. Their communication was fantastic - they called me three times throughout the day to keep me updated on the procedure and even checked in the following day to see how my dog was doing. This kind of follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to the whole team for doing such an amazing job. Itā€™s so hard to find a veterinary clinic like this, and Iā€™m so grateful for their exceptional care.

The entire team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, always welcoming us with smiles and genuine concern for our furry companionsā€™ well-being. Throughout this time, they have been immensely helpful in every situation, whether it was a routine check-up or addressing specific health concerns. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my catsā€™ health has greatly improved, and I truly feel that they treat them as if they were their own. This is a trustworthy and reliable clinic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
