I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

We had to say goodbye to our beloved bulldog at 12 years 7 months old. Tony was excellent both in coming out to visit beforehand and reassure our daughter when he was first ill. He came to put Mickey to sleep and was so compassionate and kind. He made a very sad time incredibly special and we are very grateful for that. Absolutely 100% recommended.

Our 21 year old cat Pepsi was having little bit of trouble and we didn't want to take her to a vet as this might cause her unnecessary stress. We went looking for vets to come to our home and found Tony. After reaching out to Tony he contacted us and promptly arranged a time to come around. After arriving at our home we immediately knew our cat was in good hands, he really cares about animals and wants what is best for them. He treated our cat with expert care, gave us great advice and supplied us with all the necessary supplies to continue caring for our cat. He also happily answered our questions over the phone at a later date. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tony for all your mobile vet needs. All round amazing vet!

My cat also has serious vet anxiety and I have had some bad experiences with vets and so I looked for a home visit. I was worried that my cat would have to be restrained and I was dreading it. But Tony was so brilliant, we worked together and the cat didn't even notice the 3 injections he got. Seeing a vet in the home is so much less stressful for the pet and us, and I would highly recommend Tony to anyone. Thankyou Tony 🙂

Highly recommend Tony. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old yorkie Tilly yesterday which is never a nice experience but Tony helped make the situation as easy as it could possibly be. He is excellent with both the animals and the family, very caring and compassionate. He ensured everyone was comfortable and he was very informative about what happens at each step so there were no surprises. Tilly passed over peacefully and pain free surrounded by her family at home. Honestly couldn’t recommend Tony enough, truly lovely guy.

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. My 18 month old pup can't walk past the vets without wanting to go in. She's always so warmly greeted and looked after so kindly. Even a day after her spay she wanted to go back, tail wagging. I can't compare to other vets as we dont have experience elsewhere, but I always feel she's well looked after and happy here, and the staff without exception are wonderful.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

I'm actually speechless. These guys are like having a privately tailored Veterinary service revolving around your needs and the needs of your pet. They were sooo wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional too. I went in with my 3 Yr old Chow chow for a dental surgery. My fluffy hates going to the vets she gets terrified and starts shaking immediately. Not this time. She was so comfortable with the team at Urban Vets, that she even accepted treats from them! ( never happened in her life). She did not tremble or shake in anyway which is a first ever for her. I was so at ease with the staff that I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole day. The dental procedure went extremely well too!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Really an amazing team there. Will recommend you guys to my Chow chow whatsapp group with 350 members!! All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

We’ve taken Dash to several vets over the years, but Eco Vets stands out as the best by far. They’ve made everything so easy and stress-free for both us and Dash. This is the first vet where Dash has actually been calm and happy throughout the visit. At other clinics, he was always desperate to leave, often becoming agitated and even aggressive. But at Eco Vets, he seemed relaxed and content the entire time—even during his shots! We’re so grateful for the care and attention they provide and highly recommend them to any pet owner.

My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. We’ve been using CTvets for 4 years, absolutely excellent service, Stefano and Martina are brilliant vets, they’re straight on the problem and get to the bottom of it very quickly. Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded!
