I'm actually speechless. These guys are like having a privately tailored Veterinary service revolving around your needs and the needs of your pet. They were sooo wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional too. I went in with my 3 Yr old Chow chow for a dental surgery. My fluffy hates going to the vets she gets terrified and starts shaking immediately. Not this time. She was so comfortable with the team at Urban Vets, that she even accepted treats from them! ( never happened in her life). She did not tremble or shake in anyway which is a first ever for her. I was so at ease with the staff that I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole day. The dental procedure went extremely well too!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Really an amazing team there. Will recommend you guys to my Chow chow whatsapp group with 350 members!! Paul and the team are excellent! They give the kind care you want from people entrusted with our animals. The difference between this independent practice and one owned by a large corporation is night and day.

Friendly and professional staff. They always take the time to answer all our questions both during the appointment and after. The clinic is very clean and well-organised and the staff at the reception are always helpful and welcoming! Highly recommended!

We recently had a problem with our new kitten who had a reaction to booster jab. The team at Urban were so professional and were able to treat her in emergency. They looked after her and monitored her. She is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you so much.

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. Kerri-anne, Jasmine and the whole Vet team are amazing. Always do lovely and friendly when I visit with my dog and you can tell they really care about the animals. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

LB very much enjoyed his visit to Pet People to see Dr Spiro. Spiro is very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave LB lots of attention and I felt reassured that we were in safe hands. I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

A friendly place small enough to feel that your dog is ‘known’ with caring vets but unfortunately it is expensive - what a shame veterinary practices have to charge so much

My 18 month old pup can't walk past the vets without wanting to go in. She's always so warmly greeted and looked after so kindly. Even a day after her spay she wanted to go back, tail wagging. I can't compare to other vets as we dont have experience elsewhere, but I always feel she's well looked after and happy here, and the staff without exception are wonderful.

James and the entire staff of Medivet Barnes are all just wonderful people. They look after my kitty Milo so well. We feel very lucky to have them!

All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. I honestly LOVE LOVE Evo Vets! I moved my Chihuahua, Peanut, over to Eco Vets Wandsworth, and it was the best decision. Not only are the vets there kind and friendly, they also have your pet's BEST interest at heart. Thank you to Alex and his team who took care of my boy during his surgery! Fantastic vet who sees my nervous female rescue (our dog fears men). We live a 40 min commute away but stuck with this clinic as we felt this was the right one for our rescue thanks to Dr Lia who is patient and kind. She spoils Josy with lots of care and attention and gives us a lot of helpful information each time we see her. The place is bright, clean and tidy. Receptionists are friendly, responses are usually timely and using the app is easy.

We’ve taken Dash to several vets over the years, but Eco Vets stands out as the best by far. They’ve made everything so easy and stress-free for both us and Dash. This is the first vet where Dash has actually been calm and happy throughout the visit. At other clinics, he was always desperate to leave, often becoming agitated and even aggressive. But at Eco Vets, he seemed relaxed and content the entire time—even during his shots! We’re so grateful for the care and attention they provide and highly recommend them to any pet owner.

My dog was defecating blood non stop and after the first set of medicine prescribed by the vet, my dog made a full recovery. Everybody at Ecovet is very professional and friendly. I can not thank them enough

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

Our 21 year old cat Pepsi was having little bit of trouble and we didn't want to take her to a vet as this might cause her unnecessary stress. We went looking for vets to come to our home and found Tony. After reaching out to Tony he contacted us and promptly arranged a time to come around. After arriving at our home we immediately knew our cat was in good hands, he really cares about animals and wants what is best for them. He treated our cat with expert care, gave us great advice and supplied us with all the necessary supplies to continue caring for our cat. He also happily answered our questions over the phone at a later date. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tony for all your mobile vet needs. All round amazing vet!

Highly recommend Tony. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old yorkie Tilly yesterday which is never a nice experience but Tony helped make the situation as easy as it could possibly be. He is excellent with both the animals and the family, very caring and compassionate. He ensured everyone was comfortable and he was very informative about what happens at each step so there were no surprises. Tilly passed over peacefully and pain free surrounded by her family at home. Honestly couldn’t recommend Tony enough, truly lovely guy.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved bulldog at 12 years 7 months old. Tony was excellent both in coming out to visit beforehand and reassure our daughter when he was first ill. He came to put Mickey to sleep and was so compassionate and kind. He made a very sad time incredibly special and we are very grateful for that. Absolutely 100% recommended.

We honestly can't rate Tony highly enough: he turned up the same day within just a few hours when I rang out of the blue and did a home visit for our elderly cat, a mostly blind/deaf rescue called Mr Pod who was at the end of his many years. You can tell this man genuinely loves animals and he treats them with the best of respect and dignity and lets you know all options every step of the way. Thank you Tony from both of us and a much loved cat now at painfree peace.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

High praise to wonderful vet doctor/surgeon Mr Phakkey and his team is well overdue on my part (have been with them for 15 happy years!!) These professionals are warm / kind / caring and knowledgeable, also good at sharing their knowledge about our pets with us, owners - outstanding service from this surgery!! I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

Genuinely the best vet, hands and paws down. Kind, caring, easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced. Mr Phakkey and his team are wonderful and a great contrast to all the nasty corporate group practices that are sadly so common now.
