All the guys at this practice are super helpful and understanding. They are amazing, welcoming, kind and understanding. My dog unfortunately does not like the vets and these lovely people at this practise works with me and him, very well to get the care he needs. Absolutely can not recommend this practice enough.

I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. I can't forget the excellence reception staff either, always on point, always cheerful and there to help. 15/10 and recommend

Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

Our Springer Spaniel was a puppy 8 weeks old, when she first experienced the Vet! From the first moment, having her regular injections and check ups she seemed to enjoy her visits and meeting her friends (vets and nursing staff) who cared for her throughout her 14 years. They were as sad as us at our loss. Following a long break we decided to get a Cockerpoo, she was ten weeks old when first introduced to our Vet Sandra, again our dog enjoys her visits, she is over two now and on our walks if we happen to be passing nearby she pulls to go to the Vets. This shows me how well they are treated and the care shown, my thanks to all the staff.

We contacted Medivet today as we knew our 14 yr old dog was end of life. We have never been registered at this vets but due to family recommendation and negative reviews of our usual vets, we contacted them. They were so kind to arrange an appointment for this evening. The care and support they showed when we arrived to us but most of all our baby. Thank you all so much for making our pooch comfortable and releasing her from her suffering.

We were resistant initially to change vets but have found St Pauls Cray to be Fantastic with great staff and thoughtful aftercare. Our cats had procedures carried out and this vet is very reasonable in their pricing. We do not feel overcharged and had extras added unjustifiably. Would highly recommend.

I must say the vets team, with a shoutout to Keelea and Eme, are the best vets practice I’ve been lucky enough to find for my cat. They are all extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They take the time to really get to know the animals and their owners, doing the best they can to help in any situation. As a nervous owner, with a cat developing kidney disease, I always felt she was in brilliant hands whenever we went in for an appointment. Even something as simple as ordering a new prescription or trying to figure out pet insurance, every team member was there to help. I have moved away from the area so sadly I have had to leave, I wish I could pick up the vets team and bring them with me. Muggle says (screams) thank you for always looking after her!

I would like to thank Christi, the new veterinarian. My socially anxious cat felt comfortable with her; other veterinarians would drag my cat out of the bag. However, Christi let my cat settle and asked informative questions about him. She was so gentle with my cat and done the best examinations for him. I had to use the hospital in an emergency, as my cat was very poorly. The Vet David, I cannot praise and thank highly enough. Helpful, kind and thoughtful. Keeping me informed throughout my cats stay. He made him comfortable so he could come home to the family for the weekend. Sadly today my cat Forrest was put to sleep. He passed peacefully in my arms. David made the whole process easier for me. Even letting me have 5 more minutes with Forrest, when he actually had another appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to David and the reception staff. Your kindness will never be forgotten 💖

Amazing care and service for the team at Parkvets! Our dog had an undiagnosed digestive issue and we’d seen several vets to try and get it sorted, Parkvets were so, so helpful. They looked after us and our dog, who has now fully recovered and is fighting fit! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Our pug, The Moog, went in for teeth extraction and a clean and descale. A worrying time for us with a brachycephalic breed and a general anaesthetic. He was looked after by Vet Mateo Dervishi who did a great job of taking care of him and giving us aftercare information and ongoing advice to keep his teeth in better condition. Oval Pets have been there for us ever since we got our dog Lola at 8 weeks old. Always gave us an appointment straight away and their staff were amazing from beginning to end, especially Mel who loved Lola and always offered her a treat (even though Lola hated being at the vets, but it wasn’t personal!). We had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl last week after 15 years and they were very professional, supportive and compassionate throughout . We received a beautiful card from Oval Pets with an emotional poem and some forget me not seeds to plant in memory of Lola. Thank you for everything and for looking after our beautiful girl 💕🐶🐾🌈💔

I have been with this practice for over 10 years, when i lost my beautiful cat to an illness they were amazing all the way from when she started being poorly until the end. No one wants to go to an emergency vets and certainly do not want to spend a huge amount of money that could easily get you a week in the sun relaxing by a pool. But needs must. The service and the treatment was so much more than we expected. The call to the helpline was clear, quick and efficient and notified the team we were coming. They then text directions and details so we didn’t have the added worry of sorting that out whilst trying to coax the cat into the carry basket. The reception team booked us in with no hassle, had all the info to hand provided by the call centre and kept a close eye out for any changes in our cats condition whilst we waited. The vet we saw was super happy, calm and sympathetic both to the distress our cat was in and also to our worry. She gave a thorough examination, explained everything as she went along and even explained an existing condition our cat has in far more detail than we have been afforded by our regular vet surgery. All in all I want to keep this team as our regular vets as we couldn’t have been looked after better. Our cat is in great spirits and well in the road to recovery. Much better than human A&E!

Took my precious little girl here as an emergency. They were professional from the moment we arrived. The receptionist put Bella at ease immediately. The triage was, as you'd expect, thorough. The vet offered me more information as to what the problems may be related to. Before leaving she gave her an anti sickness injection and gave me some antibiotics to give her over next 6 days. I had been distraught before arrival but left feeling alot calmer and knowledgeable in what to do next. I can't thank this animal hospital enough for their professionalism. The facilities are lovely and help to calm. Thank You Vets Now Sidcup animal hospital. Your great.
