Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

Absolutely top class vets, saved my dogs life, super professional, everything is on site, CT scans, operating theatres, laboratories etc. Every one is also very nice who works there. On the down side it is unbelievably expensive, comparable to Harley Street prices, fine if you are insured, I wasn't and it made my eyes water!

I cannot recommend this vet enough! Our journey started when my cat had an unexpected emergency and had to go through a surgery. The team was fabulous and so sensible with the whole process. They even took pictures of my cat and kept me updated of the whole process; this showed me how much they care for their patients. Also, a special thanks for their app which I think is a game changer and makes communication so easier and handy. Thank you so much and I am glad my cat has such a good veterinary care in Creature Comforts! ❤️

Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. They made sure she was loved and not stressed the whole time. I without a doubt would recommend them. A great team they have.

Excellent treatment from start to finish. Reasonable and fully transparent pricing structure. The staff really do their best at every turn. I had a terrible experience at Sainsbury Hospital London with my 2-year-old Pomeranian. Weighing 2kg, he was experiencing digestive issues and had diarrhea. The veterinarian suggested hospitalization for treatment, costing between 1,300 and 1,500 pounds. I was extremely disappointed and sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found creature comfort and the Doc. David ! who provided excellent care for just 122 pounds, including direct treatment( injection ) and additional vaccinations for my other dog. They were understanding and provided the care my dog needed without unnecessary procedures. I’m delighted with the service and grateful to have found a trustworthy veterinarian. I m so happy that I found this clinic ! ♥️ thanks so much! I forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived, they warmly welcomed us. They were very gentle with my dogs, petting them, and even gave them treats. It was a really nice touch 🧡

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.

My Lab was spayed (Keyhole/Laparoscopy) here recently and I cannot speak more highly of the service and treatment she received. I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.
