I called Pest Mortem about a hornets nest. They were at my house within 10 minutes. They are friendly, helpful and the situation was dealt with, within the hour. My children were very intrigued and were shown what the nest looked like, they saw the queen and learned a thing or two about hornets that afternoon. I would highly recommend Pest Mortem for all your pests.

Called Martin to deal with moths on my cloths. His honesty was superb. Explained that there was, alas nothing he would be able to do. Advises on how to deal with issue over the phone. Can’t say how much I appreciate the honesty, advice. Others have said they can “deal” with it, but Martin explained clothes moths need to be dealt with differently. Many,many,many thanks Martin 👍🕊

Martin is brilliant, professional, trustworthy and reliable. He came to my home within two hours of contacting him to resolve our problem with mice. He carried out a survey of the property, made recommendations and implemented solutions that have solved our problem. I'd been trying for months to get rid of the mice in my kitchen until I thought it was time to bring in an expert - Pestoxin came and used the strongest poison which killed off the mice in a week! They managed to fill in all of the holes and even placed poison under the floorboards, something that I had never thought of doing. If you want an efficient and well priced service, Pestoxin are your guys!

We found ourselves requiring the service of The Pied Piper after having noticed we had a visit from a few rats after a big building project. It was a very anxious time for us as we could hear constant scratching and scurrying in and around the walls and floor boards. The team at The Pied Piper were very understanding and arranged an appointment for a visit very promptly. The initial contact with them was very professional and they were very responsive, professional and understanding. The service included 3 visits to lay bate and check activity thereafter. The guys that attended were very knowledgable and professional, they were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They also investigated where the rats where accessing the house from and we was advised to repair and fill up holes that where left from the building work to stop further entry once the visits where complete. After the first visit we no longer heard any scurrying or scratching which left me confident that the professional team knew exactly where to target the problem. The other two appointments where completed timely and punctually as arranged originally, with the same level of professionalism. I can not stress how happy I was with the service provided by The Pied Piper, they were knowledgeable, professional, understanding and exceptional value. I would 100% recommend their services for anyone requiring pest control.

Anthony came to our house and I have to say what a fantastic job he did he also explained everything regarding the mice we had in our home he checked everything and put appropriate traps monitor boxes different sorts of poison.. He found the places that the were using and follows up on a week and then seals the openings so the can’t get back in.. my mother who is 86 was treated so well assured that her room and bathroom were all clear… I have got say he is the best service person I have ever dealt with … Thanks Anthony I feel assured and stress levels down as I really don’t want mice in my house. What can I say? Just Amazing! From my initial call with Aaron to his final visit, he was professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgable and respectful of my home (wearing shoe covers and gloves). Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
