Had an on going rat issue for over 3 years at my business. I had tried 2 other companies who only masked the problem without permanent resolution. I called Chris on recommendation and within 10 minutes of being on site, he identified the issue and knew how to solve the problem. His professionalism, knowledge, experience and customer service is second to none! We now use Chris for regular check ups around site and have been rat free for over a year! Amazing service!! 👏 Chris is such a nice person. Came to do a survey in no time at all, for a large commercial property and straight away got back to me with what's going on and how to deal with a problem then we sorted a contract. Contacted Chris after our tenant caught a live rat in the kitchen. He responded immediately and arrived within an hour or so. Removed the rat and gave advice on how to deal with any further issues. We had an invoice confusion resulting in him being paid twice, he contacted me to let me know and returned the overpayment straight away, very trustworthy! Would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation if needed. Top notch service!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. My elderly Mam discovered she had mice. I rang after 6pm on a Friday evening and got an immediate reply confirming someone would be out the next day to investigate. Amazing! Joe thoroughly checked Mam's house, inside and out, quickly assessing the situation. He located where the mice were, in the loft. The appropriate deterrent was left. Joe told us he'd return as many times as was necessary to solve the problem. Joe was very reassuring and considerate, he obviously has a good knowledge on the subject! Joe was respectful of Mam's house, a really pleasant guy. All in all a job very well done. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys.

I was very happy with every aspect of the service, I had problem with fleas from my cat and phoned to see when it would be possible to come out to take care of my the house and they had an opening the next morning, very helpful explaining what I needed to do before they got here and what to expect. When they arrived they talked us through again what would be done, a very friendly service, chatted and joked with my young daughter. Also they talked me through what I needed to do for the cat to prevent this happening again. Would definitely recommend

If I could leave more than five stars I would. Not the best of jobs clearing my very small loft space that previously had rats lodging there but they've done a fantastic job. The lads were super efficient, I could virtually eat my dinner off the loft floor by the time the lads had finished 😜 Very friendly and they didn't leave a scrap of mess anywhere. I found this service online and within minutes, Gordon has received my email and rang me. He asked me to describe the problem and then send over a photo. As the problem was only small, he identified the pest and told me how to sort it on my own. He did not charge for the advice and told me where I could purchase the products from. He also reassured me that he’d be there if the problem worsened. I would highly recommend!

Steve knew I was terrified, so he arrived within 30 minutes of me ringing him. He never gave up at catching the little perpetrator and totally put my mind at rest. I can’t thank him enough. Recomended without reservation (11/7/23) found I had a wasps nest in my loft, lots of wasp activity. Rang ESPC about 11 am was quoted £65 over the phone. Steve arrived just after 12 noon. located the Nest in the loft & delt with it very Quickly. Steve was very pleasant & professional, work is guarenteed. Had phoned another company before ESPC & been quoted £125 + Vat so I was very happy with Steves price & the service in under Hour & a half. As Stated highly recomended

From initial communication, it was clear that this business was both helpful and professional. Rory dealt with a wasps nest on our roof quickly and carefully. Top notch, responded quickly when we found a nest under the floor of our living room through an air brick. Rory considered our environment and dogs in his assessment of the best treatment. When we noticed the next day that the treatment wasn't successful came straight back and used a different insecticide at no extra cost to us.
