Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them. Very happy with the service and will be working with him for any future inspections. Highly recommended.

Stephen arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain where the rodents were coming from and what the best solution is to stop them coming back. Since his visit we have not had any unwanted visitors. Would highly recommend.

I contacted greenpest in the morning and they responded quickly. They attended our house in St John’s Woods shortly after. The communication was great and recommendations clearly given. Our issue was with squirrels getting into the house. The matter was dealt with professionally, would highly recommend this service for any issues you may have in your home or business.

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Best trade company I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cant thank enough Joe, the pest control officer for all that he did. I have mice problems and I am absolutely petrified, I reached out to my local council but they were beyond rubbish. Took me 4 months just to been seen but Joe made me his top priority and came out to do the job efficiently and quickly. Joe also reassured me that any problems I can contact him and he will be there asap!!! I also wanted to add that what Joe and his team do isnt just helping people with pest control issues, its beyond that. I have a phobia of rodents and my mental health started to deteriorate fast knowing I have mice in my flat. Joe has gone above and beyond to assure me the job is at the best standard. Its been 3 days and honestly I am starting to feel more confident. Joe offerd a 2 week follow up to see if there has been any activity that we dont know about. Joseph was very helpful and came in time to inspect the issue I reported and explained to me clearly of where the rat came from and the how the bat can kill the rat. Additionally, he also send the report to me for the communication with the landlord and agency. Highly recommend it!

Malik answered the phone at 8pm (!) and came the next morning at 11am to investigate a mouse issue at our flat. He carried out a very thorough survey inside and out on the balcony and was able to deduce that the source of the mice was elsewhere, and pinpoint exactly where the little horrors were coming in behind the sink. Treatment with poison was comprehensive. I appreciate the fact that a follow-up visit in a months' time is included in the price. In addition to being speedy, careful and thorough, Malik is lovely and friendly and answered all of my many, many questions! Highly recommended.
