Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Recomended without reservation (11/7/23) found I had a wasps nest in my loft, lots of wasp activity. Rang ESPC about 11 am was quoted £65 over the phone. Steve arrived just after 12 noon. located the Nest in the loft & delt with it very Quickly. Steve was very pleasant & professional, work is guarenteed. Had phoned another company before ESPC & been quoted £125 + Vat so I was very happy with Steves price & the service in under Hour & a half. As Stated highly recomended

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

I noticed something was not right when my cats attention was solely in the kitchen. I got in touch with huntsman and they responded straight away. Fabian came on a sunday. He was knowledgable and explaining everything to me. Indeed a had a rat pack. Fabian left lots of bait and i have now just had the follow up visit. All the bait left had gone. Fabian went around the kitchen filling in the holes and left extra bait. It has been a great experience with this company knowing their work is guaranteed.

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble.
