Great service, really easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Contacted them after mice droppings were found during building work. They came out the next day after a quick phone call, dealt with the issue. Liaised with our builder to block the entry so problem solved super quick. Also bonus points for not over charging so the insurance company covered the cost as not above average. Shane visited on all occasions, even tidied up for us. Highly recommend.

This service was very easy to contact. Despite being busy Bryan responded and kept in touch. He made a thorough assessment of the problem and explained what he was doing and why. He fixed three more return visits to check that the problem was solved and was reassuring and very pleasant. We would certainly use his service again and recommend him to others.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. If you want to get rid of pests permanently, you should pick the company that is best at taking care of the problem for good. After trying four different exterminators to help us get rid of bed bugs and failing, I tried these guys. They handled everything professionally and smoothly. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
