Just wanted to recommend the company I have just used to get rid of mice in my house that came from next doors garden! They are reliable, very knowledgeable & couldn't be nicer. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

George came highly recommended by a colleague and lived up to our expectations. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing us with detailed information on the necessary steps to eliminate our moth problem. What stood out to my husband and me was George’s honesty and sincerity throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him!

This service was very easy to contact. Despite being busy Bryan responded and kept in touch. He made a thorough assessment of the problem and explained what he was doing and why. He fixed three more return visits to check that the problem was solved and was reassuring and very pleasant. We would certainly use his service again and recommend him to others.

Great service, really easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Contacted them after mice droppings were found during building work. They came out the next day after a quick phone call, dealt with the issue. Liaised with our builder to block the entry so problem solved super quick. Also bonus points for not over charging so the insurance company covered the cost as not above average. Shane visited on all occasions, even tidied up for us. Highly recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Very good service. They know what they are doing and they do it well. For us it was dealing with wasps. I would definitely use them again if we had a similar problem.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. Pest-Tec is the best exterminator in the area. I found them online and gave them a call, they answered all my questions promptly. Phil came out to inspect, gave the treatment, and my issue was resolved. This all happened in a period of just 4 hours. I was very pleased with this company, they set the standard of what customer service should be.

Had Pigeon problem and needed help and advice. Perry came through recommendation and glad to report did not disappoint. Called him and got a date in the diary. He arrived on time. My wife showed him the affected area. He carried out an inspection,advised on best action and cost. This was very competitive and work was carried out on the same day. Perry was very well prepared,with a can do attitude. A very professional and honest person. Would not hesitate to recommend. Rare find in this day and age.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had this frequent issue with mice, but since Perry came down and worked on it, I don't see any mice any more. It's been a couple months already that I haven't seen a mouse. Perry, the tech, was very friendly and professional. The overall experience was great, I couldn't be happier!
