Really thorough job, Rob was super clear about everything. I booked a gutter clean but Rob noticed that the roof tiles needed repointing, he did it then and there for me. Excellent service from start to finish! Rob was brilliant throughout. He made sure he found a way to access the roof for our initial consultation without risking any damage to our property and was very professional and friendly. Rob took photos and videos and explained the issue well. Rob and his team were immediately available to fix the issue and on the day, were very efficient and did a great job. We also had good communication throughout.

Rob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He visited the property promptly and provided a competitive quote and completed the work quickly, which was much appreciated. On the day of the job Rob let us know about an additional issue which he and his team worked hard to complete in order to avoid the need for a return visit. Communication was clear and professional and Rob provided photos and videos of the required work with the quote - and then again when the work was completed. A 10-year guarantee was also provided which is much appreciated. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Rob and his team and if required, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Very happy with Joseph and his team. Excellent workmanship for an emergency flat roof repair then replacement after all the heavy rain. 5* Service. Our flat roof of 20 years finally gave way on Sunday, and we left WWR a message to arrange for assistance. Joseph called first thing Monday morning and as promised, came around by lunchtime to assess the situation. He initially cleared the drains and gutters to release most of the water trapped on the flat roof but the damage had already been done. We had no pressure to replace or repair our roof, Joseph just explained (with some photos) the problem and gave us some options and let us have time to think about it. We contacted a few other roofers, but we felt the price and service was not as good as WWR. So, by the end of the week (Friday) Joseph had totally replaced our flat roof, sealed the leaking skylights and the work is guaranteed for 20 years. I can't find anything to fault WWR on, from start to finish the whole team was working flat out, always polite, always on time and cleaned up any mess. That is why Joseph and team get 5* from us!

Really quick customer service, and were perfect to work with for a property that was being rented out liaising with our tenants. Provided before and after pictures before work could be inspected by myself in person. Price was very competitive and the work has stopped the leak in our flat roof. Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. I am not used to posting reviews but genuinely found that choosing a roofing company can be a headache, so hope this can help others in London when deciding how to choose a roofer. Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.
