Excellent job start to finish. Communicated every step of the way as my roof was in a worse state than we thought. Matthew and his team was polite and tidy. Highly recommended.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.

We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Overall it was a very good experience working with John, which these days is rare with contractors in London. Highly recommend if you have roof issues

They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! Steve was extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our flat roof (condensation) and helping to make suggestions to solve it. He was very generous with his time in talking to me and also looking at photos/videos to help diagnose the issue. A really good experience from start to finish. We had our flat roof replaced along with other repairs needed. There was excellent communication throughout the project from getting quotes right through to completion. We were promptly sent all the verified certificates. The team were hard working, polite and courteous and Andrew (project manager) is a true gentleman - a person with manners from a different era. John and his team did a complete new roof for our listed house and we were thrilled and delighted by McDonalds’ professionalism, honesty, hard work and, we’d go so far as to say, artistry. It is an absolutely beautiful job which we are still standing and staring at in admiration three weeks after it was finished. John even took the time to come over in person and reassure an over-anxious neighbour who was concerned (without any justification) about how our new roof would affect theirs.
