So glad I went with Albany Home Improvements for my Roof replacement. After having multiple bad roofers and wasting £1000's it was a blessing to find Patrick who was honest, experienced and quite old school. Who uses paper invoices and receipts these days? Patrick does that’s who :) Patrick organised everything and things happened like clockwork. His team had my whole main roof (Mid Terrace) replaced in a day. It was a large team and they worked very efficiently. Started at 8am and were finishing up around 4pm While they were working on the main roof they discovered my back roof had been sealed with gaffa tape in places instead of lead (bad builders from before, botched it in sneaky places we couldn’t easily check). When Patrick checked the state of the back roof (replaced only 10yrs ago) the concreate was cracked and crumbling in places and the little leadwork that was there was of poor quality. Given how well his team did on the main roof I also had Patrick come back and replace the entire back roof a few days later. Very happy with how things went. Patrick really looked after us and I'll happily recommend him to anyone.

I had neglected my roof for a long time, then I saw some water damage on my kitchen ceiling. Two guys from Albany Home Improvement came out, removed the tiles from the roof, put down a new membrane, and cleaned up afterwards. All of this was done in just one day, which I greatly appreciated. They took pictures to show me what work was completed. I would use Albany Home Improvement Ltd again for any work I needed. Highly recommended!

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. From the quoting process to the completion of the new roof Tony and the team have been fantastic and have shown real professionalism and great customer care towards my father. The roofing company ie Gary and his team rescued us from the jaws of terror. First time we have used the company. Very professional, very knowledgeable with a rare quality of honesty and believability. They had some real challenges that they took over from the previous company. Throughout all of this, they explained everything which was genuine, which demonstrated their experience and vast expertise. They were quick, efficient and fundamentally the outcome was delivered to a first class standard. I would like to thank Gary and his team for making me feel that the structure is now safe. secure and solid, something that was not achieved previously. I would highly recommend the roofing company. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. Needed a Ubink 47 vent stack installed on my roof so I could vent my air con through it. Job very done well and professionally which is to be expected. What I liked though was the their flexibility to do the job including squeezing under the rafters behind the loft purlin wall to secure the downpipe and also cut the vent pipe down to size for me. 100% reliable.
