Very pleased with the Ikon team from start to finish. Jordan impressed from the outset with his use of a drone to take high level images of the repairs needed to our roof. All of the Ikon team were polite and professional and Jordan made sure we had assessments, photographs and detailed quotes for the repairs needed. As work progressed we were kept informed of progress and invited to inspect the quality of the work in person. On completion Ikon made sure the site was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone. John came to to look at a leak I had coming from the chimney where it meets the pitched roof. He thoroughly inspected the problem from outside and then even went into the loft to check what he could see from in there. John explained what needed to be done then followed up very quickly with a quote after which I agreed to give him the job. The 2 guys that turned up on the day were very courteous and overall I have to say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I could only view the repaired pointing from street level and didn't really appreciate all the work that had gone into the repair until I received 27 photo's from showing the before and after of each part of the repair. This was a very nice touch - a picture paints a 1000 words!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Overall it was a very good experience working with John, which these days is rare with contractors in London. Highly recommend if you have roof issues

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.

Steven has been the easiest thing about our home purchase and renovation so far. After we purchased our home we needed a survey for our roof. Steven was very quick to reply, he explained the process to us clearly and have us a very quick appointment. On site he was very good at explaining his process and was very keen to answer any questions we had and took his time. After they survey was completed Steven created a detailed report for us and was very available for further questions and still is! Goes above and beyond to help and explain. Highly recommend!

Steve was extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our flat roof (condensation) and helping to make suggestions to solve it. He was very generous with his time in talking to me and also looking at photos/videos to help diagnose the issue. With the help of his suggestions we have got on top of the problem and can crack on with the rest of our renovation!

Great service all round from John, Kerry, Dave, Josh and the team. John found a great solution to deal with a difficult series of specific problems we encountered. Superb finish on the job overall - “the finest roofing job I’ve seen in years” said my visiting builder family member.

I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Given all the cowboys out there it is reassuring to know a company who is professional, expert, tidy and efficient. I echo the praise of Kerry in the office, too! Delighted with the service and the end result.

John and his team did a complete new roof for our listed house and we were thrilled and delighted by McDonalds’ professionalism, honesty, hard work and, we’d go so far as to say, artistry. It is an absolutely beautiful job which we are still standing and staring at in admiration three weeks after it was finished. John even took the time to come over in person and reassure an over-anxious neighbour who was concerned (without any justification) about how our new roof would affect theirs. Extremely pleased with Miri and team, from initial call, passing to survey damage to the roof, sending estimate and delivering the job. Job included repairing broken tiles on the roof, cleaning gutter around house and garage and clean up. Also fixed another part of the roof, cleaned up moss on roof over front door, cut up branch which caused the damage on roof.

My mums roof needed a small repair. Did not get much interest or response. One roofer even stood me up. Mirri of K Roofing was the only one who came and gave me a quote. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. Thank you. My mum and I are very grateful. Will definitely call mirri again if I have any other roofing needs
