They were also very hard working, tidy and professional as they carried out the work, and sent daily updates and videos of what they had fixed which was very helpful. Patrick and his team restored my flat roof using rubber overlay and did an amazing job. Patrick was very efficient, prompt and excellent communicator. I was sent videos and picture's throughout the whole process. I trusted his advice and came across genuine and knowledgeable. I’ve had my fare share of rogue trades people and rare to find business like home restoration who are honest and trustworthy.

We had GRP London install 2x Velux windows. The quality of service provided and communication throughout was fantastic, the windows look great.They offered a complete service which included a site inspection, provision of all material and windows, installation and disposed of the old units. I cannot thank them enough and will use again, I highly recommend.

I don't often add a review, but given the service we had from GRP London, felt it was definitely needed! Had a new window installed in our very old loft bedroom. Neil took the time to listen to what I was looking for (as space and size is a bit unique) and I have to say, after speaking to countless builders/window specialists, Neil was the only one who took the time to listen to what I was after. The communication throughout was fantastic and the end result looks great. Really helpful at every point, site inspection no problem and disposed of the old unit - and tidied up after. Space was left lovely and clean (and this through the hottest weeks we have had on record!). I cannot thank them enough and will use again, I highly recommend.

I used GRP to replace the skylight in my bathroom. They provided great service and a quality installation. I got quite a few quotes from different providers for the work, but GRP were the only ones who actually came out for a site visit. While their quote wasn’t the cheapest, I was confident they’d bring it in on budget and be able to complete the work as quoted, because they’d been out to view. They were also the only provider to recommend using a PU coated window, which made sense given the skylight is in the bathroom so has to cope with a lot of steam. They took away the old window and left the site clean and tidy. I’d recommend using GRP to anyone who need a skylight installed or replaced.

GRP London replaced the velux windows in my flat and their service was excellent. Neil was very responsive, fair and patient. He came out of his way to visit my property in order to give me a quote quickly. I am so pleased with the end result - I wish I had gone it done earlier! Would totally recommend using this company for any roof window fitting and installation.

I recently had an urgent issue with my flat roof, which was leaking into my kitchen. Scott came to the rescue and addressed the problem swiftly and professionally. Not only did he repair the roof, but he also fixed guttering issues and corrected some previous poor workmanship from another contractor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly an expert in his field. I was impressed by his availability and dedication to getting the job done right. Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

We were really pleased with GS Roofing's roof repair on our property in Fulham. The whole team, including the scaffolders, were friendly, tidy and respectful. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, requests were dealt with promptly. The inevitable extras (unforeseen jobs that arise when one opens up an old roof) were charged at a reasonable price and the few snags were solved without problem. These are reliable and honest people to use for roofing work, we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Gordon Strank was one of several roofers I asked to visit, quote and identify the problems of a roof which was still leaking after a previously recommended check-a-trade roofer had installed a new one, but which had failed to remedy the problems. I had various quotes, and suggested solutions, but G.S. Roofing were very convincing and quoted a good price. I had previously had 2 other roofers trying to remedy the problems, including the one that wrongly advised getting the new roof (and who then never rectified the situation). I was beginning to despair and water had started to flood into one of the bedrooms. I was also very sceptical that this would ever be satisfactorily resolved. It is now nearly a year later and G.S. Roofing's repairs do indeed seem to have fixed the problems. It has taken me a long time to fully trust that this is the case, after all my previous experiences, but so far so good. A big thank you to Mr Gordon Strank. Work carried out was new leading to the ridge, dressed into the brickwork and building up flaunching to chimney stack with bedding in clay cowling.

Paul Strank replaced the main flat roof on a large house for us. The quality of workmanship was excellent as was the customer service. Richard and his team were on time on the date agreed. Were professional throughout the time spent replacing my roof. It was a big job and completed in the time frame specified. They left my property clean and tidy and all rubbished nicely piled in the skip that was taken the next morning.
