John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job. Would use them again and would recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Owning a flat roofed Edwardian house provided an opportunity to improve the thermal insulation of our house. We contracted Philip of Fibrespan to assess, quote for, and expedite a full roof upgrade. His customer support and attention to detail during every stage of the project ensured that we felt informed and in control of any preference decisions right up to completion of the works. His field team worked efficiently, and were courteous and flexible throughout, which, given the UK weather, was reassuring,. the y cleaned up after finishing each day and we were never troubled by their work practices or husbandry. Philip juggled his works program to ensure disruption to our project was kept to a minimum when affected by poor weather. I thoroughly recommend using Fibrespan and would happily commission them for future projects. Fibrespan was one of three companies I asked to quote for replacing a flat roof area over a terrace of three houses built in 1984. Previous attempts to cure leaks had been unsuccessful, the area did not have sufficient fall on it to facilitate drainage and it was further complicated by three skylights and numerous vent pipes. Fibrespan were the only company to come up the solution to these issues and using fibreglass. The work has just been completed and they have done a great job, with insulation now fitted, proper cross ventilation of the entire area and a drainage gully with falls to the drain of each house. The team were professional with attention to detail, good at problem solving and good communication throughout so I highly recommend Fibrespan for any flat roof replacement.

Fantastic builders - cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. We used ER Group to build a roof terrace extension and do some interior updates including remodelling two bathrooms. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication with Jack was excellent throughout and he helped us bring our vision to life despite us only having some fairly vague planning drawings to go off. Left everything clean and tidy and even came back afterwards to fix the most minor details. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would use again and recommend without hesitation.

We’re really happy with the work and turn around from ER Group. We used a cheaper and less experienced roofing company initially that left us with a huge hole in our ceiling for 6 months. This company did EXCELLENT work for me, fixing an issue with rain ingress around loft dormer windows and onto the ceiling below. I chose them because of the quality of work they did on my neighbour's roof where they fixed a long standing issue. The work involved diagnosing the issue, slate tiling, lead work, taking windows out and back in and all the detailing on ensure rain runs effectively off the roof and dormers. Jack manages the company superbly and my project from start to finish. He promptly got one of his teams comprising of Andi, Tim and Arlind working for me. I needed quick work because of selling my home and because Jack has a number of people working for him, he was able to respond fast. Andi, Tim and Arland came everyday for 4 days, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, friendly and very skilled at what they did and rightly proud of it. They left no stone unturned in properly diagnosing and fixing the issue and I 100% recommend them. Thank you to ER Roofing.

Matthew and his team came to the rescue at short notice, just before Xmas, and did wonderful job at saving a massive leak into my bedroom. I couldn't find a roofer to help out on such short notice but Matthew did everything possible to get his team to work on a Saturday to fix the issue. It was just on time as that night it rained so heavily that there would have been extensive damage so I am extremely grateful to his professional help and forthcoming nature to help me so efficiently and quickly fix the problem.
