Scrubs Cleaning provided my end of tenancy cleaning and were amazing. Anca and her team turned up in the morning and were done in 2 hours. Everything was left spotless. It was an extremely efficient service right from my initial contact with Mike to payment upon finishing. I would highly recommend this service.

Reasonable price and impeccable work! When I moved in there was thick layer of limescale on the shower head which I thought was impossible to clean, and they cleaned it - made it look as good as new! I really cannot pick out one single bad detail of their work. Highly recommend!

I contacted deep clean about a stain on Monday morning and they came that same day to help us get it out. We think it was water damage from a ceramic plant pot and honestly I thought we had no chance getting it out given this has happened to me in previous properties and it’s stained for good. The stain is practically fully gone after their service and it’s not even 100% dry yet so will get better we hope - I can’t believe how much better it looks. Great communication and service from the guys at deep clean - would recommend them highly

Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. End of tenancy deep cleaning. I received a quote fairly quickly following my enquiry. They helped me filling the online booking over the phone and even gave me a small discount to have the carpets steam cleaned. They cleaned all appliances, cupboards, window sills, floors, bathroom etc, to a very high standard. Even my landlord was so impressed that he asked me for their details. The place looked absolutely immaculate after they left. Also, I needed their service urgently and they managed to fit me in, at short notice, for the next morning. Great experience with City Housekeeping from the first contact. Very friendly and responsive customer support and reasonable prices. The cleaning team followed the instructions and did a great job. They’ve also added some feee extras which was a nice surprise.

No joy getting through to the company by phone which could do with being fixed as it creates a bit of uncertainty as to whether they were still coming. Fortunately they did arrive on time and the cleaner was lovely and did a great job. I would use again.
