Aneeza from Easy weddings UK is incredible! Without her help through this journey (might I add 2 years of back and fourths) finding the perfect venue for us would not have been possible! I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Emma and Chris and the team were utterly brilliant! Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. Our wedding looked amazing, every detail was made to ensure our guests had the best time and more importantly, we felt like special guests at our wedding because the team just made it all happen! If you want to feel stress free on your day - you need these guys! Trust me!

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla was awesome! Could not have done it without her! I live overseas and she organised it all, visited venues, found suppliers and kept the check list and payment schedule on track. Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect.
