Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. I would highly recommend Jessica! I had the pleasure of working with her earlier in the year where she planned the whole event, I couldn’t fault her attention to detail and professionalism.

Although we had already booked most of our suppliers, my partner and I wanted a wedding planner to bring it all together - we felt we lacked the experience and time! We wanted someone who could bring to life a high-end and well thought through aesthetic for the big day - we are quite particular and wanted a very distinctive and unique look (avoiding classic and traditional style). In addition we wanted someone who had wedding experience that we could lean on for guidance and advice - we had two ceremonies in one, which was outside our experience and meant we had distinctive cultures to balance and intertwine. We also wanted a planner who would be able to coordinate and plan the details on a day to day basis, which I was struggling with given my job and personal commitments. We decided to go ahead with Jessica for wedding planning, on the day coordination and take down. We found her online and were really drawn to her portfolio on Instagram, which showed her amazing ability to design and style to a really high and unique standard. When we connected, Jessica provided us a proposal and a moodboard which really excited us and helped us confidently decide to go ahead. We also enjoyed speaking with her at the first call - she is very chilled, friendly and made us feel like calm and in control. I liked her confidence! I also liked how flexible she was in ways of working and was willing to adapt the management style so it worked for us. We started off with a simple colour scheme and Jessica was able to take that and develop it into a far more complex and superior colour palette that was very modern. I would’ve never been able to do this myself - I often second guessed the palette as I found it so complex but Jessica would reassure me and talk me through it and she was 100% right. I am SO GLAD I trusted her. Throughout the process Jessica was very easy to plan with. She was really friendly, approachable and understood what we wanted throughout the process. We had a Whatsapp group, we spoke on email, we used a Google Doc/ share drive to co-ordinate a to-do list. She was always contactable and communicative. I am quite detail orientated and often got bogged down on these bits, Jessica seemed to take it all in her stride and had it under control. She would listen to me, reassure me and action what needed actioning. Being Mauritian (me)/ Martinique (my partner) and having a duel wedding (civil and Hindu ceremony) meant a lot of cultures to factor - Jessica didn’t break a sweat! She easily understood and embraced our cultures, which I really appreciated. She took time to attend calls with the Pundit and understand the Hindu ceremony. She was super flexible in joining meetings and calls with suppliers in general. Finally, on the day it all went amazingly. Jessica and her team were in their element and were so calm and positive on the day. They had it all under control and they didn’t look stressed! We ended up with a successful day and I have Jessica and her team to thank for that. I will say the events of the day was quite behind schedule due to late family members, something I didn’t expect or think about - tip for future brides to watch out for if you have family like mine! I got so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Final note, after the wedding Jessica and her team gifted me and my husband a video reel of the day. This was priceless! It captured so many moments and all the small details that I didn’t get to really take in on the day. Words cannot express how amazing this was to receive! I would absolutely recommend Jessica!!! She will make your dream wedding a genuine reality!

I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!!
